  • This actually hit a soft spot in my heart. Before my dad passed away, growing up I never really had a traditional father son relationship where we did things together. A lot of times we spoke very little to one another, we let our actions speak for us, but rarely ever had arguments, especially one like this commercial. I imagine if we ever did, this would be a similar thing I would've done for him.

A son thinks his father is to controlling, rebels, and later in life realizes he was wrong and wants to amend with his father. I made an assumption when he looked at the old car, that the father was dead and he came home for his mother. This is how life plays out too many times. Don’t wait until it is too late, swallow the pride and tell the person you miss that you love them; because tomorrow may be one day more than either of you have. Subaru really hit it out of the park with this one. And their dog family ones are great too, more humor and less crying in those.
