    • The guy in the video is a Greco Roman wrestler, all their moves are high elevation throws. If you Arnt trained with these type of throws or moves don't fucking attempt it unless you know what you are doing

  • This is awesome self defense move for strong athletic guys.Throw someone like that on concrete or hard floor and it's pretty much over.Easy to execute and much safer than getting into punching

  • I practice judo, i find back ura nage (my stomach to opponents back suplex) super hard, even tho it is the judo standard, while i find the front ura nage (my stomach to opponents stomach suplex) much easier 😮
