Very much a traditional, liberal-bourgeois revolution, that one. And if you're referring to the USSR or Maoist China? Well, both those instances, with their vanguard parties and top-down 'state socialist' setup, very much retained hierarchy and centralized leadership, too. No, if we want something like this here in history? We'd have to look towards Nestor Makhno's Ukrainian Free Army. Or perhaps the Zapatistas in Mexico. Or the Rojava. Or the CNT-FAI... There's plenty of examples, really. But this is more anarchism - in the ideological sense, not the pop culture one - than it is communism.

Additionally, it was kinda frustrating that they acted like cowards when against only 5 players when they had like 11 or 12 people.

I doubt it, but still cool to think about. Also love how the Irons Coordinated-Uncoordinated Leadership ACTUALLY worked, while Stone’s Attempts at Coordination actually screwed them. Sure Ice had bad coordination too (the snowballs resulting in the trap being useless), but Stone was way worse off, with the disaster and election. Really cool how things played so uniquely on this one!

    • I mean...stone was clearly the weakest. I am not saying Ice was in a dominating position, but stone was fucked over super hard by their ridiculous enchantment table challenge (there is a reason they "won" the build and got a free enchantment table). Also Iron was led by Airo. They could say "we decided as a group" until the cows come home, but its clear as day to anyone with half a brain that anytime Airo "suggested" anything everyone else would suddenly be "suggesting" the same thing.

    • Nah, Ice was stupid and stone got played. Ice split their forces when attacking the enemy, sabotaged their own traps, never defended, and also ignored their best defensive territory(the ice pit). They tried to defend a base that iron could basically just walk through. They constantly ran away and split up instead of unifying and actually defending. This meant iron could pick them off one by one. They also wasted their snowballs doing nothing, but ruining their own trap. Stone did try to defend, but was basically played. They were split from the very beginning, slowing their growth. They lost to many people on the enchanting table than what should have been acceptable. Then they lost the best advantage they had because Ice were cowards and ran immediately instead of holding the line. Ice truly embodies defeat in detail.

They gave up strong positions that would have helped them in favor of falling back to weaker ones which they couldn't defend or simply never build to defend. Additionally I think some wasted their advantages, like for example I think the Ice Age civilization should have taken advantage of powdered snow a bit more. It would have been fairly simple for them to imitate the trap from the temple using powdered snow and stalactites, which when coupled with their leather boots would have allowed them kill a few players.

They should'v been the ones building watch towers from different sides of the mountain and could'v survived longer. With some buckets of lava, they could'v win too. That mountain was a stronghold with the right ideas. 2. Ice had the best trap literally under their noses. They could'v retreated to where their enchantment table was. That snow trap would'v worked perfectly against the Iron and their aggressiveness and it could'v taken a big chunk out of their number. With the advantage of their fur boots, Iron wouldn't even see it coming. All they had to do was to regroup in that pit. They got plowed by a bunch of barbaric communists while they have the most advantageous locations.
