    • What about devestating floods like the 2 floods we had in southeast Texas? People were left without homes, cars, etc. We went thru Harvey 1 and one week later, Harvey 2. People were left without anything! People were lined up in Walmart parking area waiting for relief to come in, and some people got nothing having to live with people they didn't know. The waters were fast and furious and swept away everything! I'm sure they lost rugs a mile away in culverts, under houses, everywhere. I could never think staged!!!!

And yeah i think thats what happend idk why.

  • When i was much younger (I'm 55) and the words 'Global warming' and 'Climate change' were first mentioned, I seem to remember some folk saying that there would be an increase in flooding. Fast forward a few decades, and yes, they were right, flooding is becoming a fact of life in some places. Sad to say, government from national on down to local authorities have continued to choose to build on flood plains, water meadows and so on, ignoring the warnings, and now the people who bought those houses and buildings and set up home and business there, are paying the price for their short sightedness. That cat rug is the sweetest thing I've seen in a while, and it's a shame it was caught in a flood. It's amazing to see it go from a featureless dark blacking brown to a detailed ginger girl. I hope who ever ends up with it will treasure it for the darling it is!

    • @@PronunciationPam-ho3bu they're really not. I fostered a calico and her second litter (of the first only one, a ginger girl, survived), and in that second litter there were no less than two ginger girls. That's 3 orange girls in two litters. Pretty sure that cat isn't the only one who makes em.

  • No offence to the other rug cleaning channels when I say this but I can't believe how much hard work effort and care you took. Some of the other channels I have watched seem like they are just doing a business and recording it but I loved seeing you make it fun. Please keep up the good work x

  • It looks just like my beautiful orange tabby cat Mars Bar, he is growing old now, and i imagine having a rug like this to remind me of him after he is gone. Im so sorry the people went through what looked like terrible flooding. I imagine if that happened to me i would fear having to throw out my rug, which would hold a lot of meaning for me. You have saved their beautiful possession and it is like new, something nice for them to have when they had lost so much. Thankyou so much for all that you do. ❤
