Hello Friends!
l have been washing dirty carpets for years and will continue to do so as long as my health allows.
l have never washed a carpet as dirty and difficult as the carpet l washed today, nor do l think l will be able to wash it in the future.
Sometimes l started to think that they brought these carpets specially to force me :)
Being stubbornhas some harms. For example, it's like trying for 6 days to wash this this carpet :)
Thank you for watching #shoptherealdeal #carpetcleaning #rugwashingasmr
I thought that when some slightly pink and green colours started showing that you were nearly there! However, the fact you didnt stop until every trace of dirt had gone was real dedication to ensure 100 percent clean. The results were almost shockingly AMAZING! Poor rug! Nobody took care of it until you did.
When the gasoline came out I thought you were giving up and burning it 😂
came to mind😂😂
What a waste of water and resources!
@@dianeferguson1074 the rug is clean, the water gets recycled back through the system, and this is how he makes a living. How exactly is it a waste? Water’s not a “one use and done” resource.
@@dianeferguson1074 Like you said it's a resource, Resources are meant to be used. Great job on the rug
@@faye_minist Good luck separating the gasoline from the water
Whoever owns this carpet better have been damn grateful and paid him GREAT MONEY!!!
I think they restore the carpets they get for almost free, and then sell them.
it's cheaper to buy a new one than to pay for cleaning unless someone has super expensive carpet.
Wow! I sure hope that carpet was worth the cleaning bill!! Great job!
You did it! I’m sorry, but I didn’t think you could. Who would have guessed that such a beautiful piece of art lay beneath that oily mess. ❤ well done, you!
Different rug. A new one.😂
Never give up! These videos are a testament to your resolution.
What are people doing to their rugs that makes them this dirty?!! Where the hell do they put their rugs, in a pig pen?
Exactly...Oil? What's the story? Who put oil on a rug, then who wanted it cleaned and why?
A lot of the super muddy ones are from flood damage. I've seen some really greasy ones from auto service shops. This one is really dank, I don't know unless it says in the description which I didn't check before commenting
@@medicbabe2ID ohhh this makes sense!
I wonder the same.
Yes, they put it in the pig pen called their home.
Maybe try Dawn dish soap
I said the same about hung!!👍🏻
@@deborahjeanmoss7400hung?
I was thinking the same thing
Less toxicity! Dawn would have got it done!
I was thinking the same thing. They use Down to take oil off birds that have been trapped in spills
Wow! What a very difficult rug to clean! I can't believe you finally got it clean! Congratulations! I appreciated the "thinking" part at the beginning of the video. It made me laugh. Your videos are always interesting, a little different, and never boring. Thanks for the perseverance on this rug! I wouldn't have had the patience myself. GREAT JOB!
I'm surprised that you didnt light it on fire after day three lol. Much more patient then I. Amazing work
I’ve never seen a carpet fight so hard in my life!!! Ha!!
I watch carpet-cleaning videos to relax and calm my mind when I can't sleep. But this one is too suspenseful: "Oil? Oh no! Can he get it clean? And he's using gasoline!" It's like the 'Mission: Impossible' of carpet cleaning, and you are Tom Cruise, doing the craziest stunts. I got a headache imagining the gasoline fumes, and also imagine cleaning all of the oil from your equipment and workroom was no fun, either. And after watching you do so much work to save this rug, I now feel morally obligated to subscribe (so I shall).
What a phenomenal transformation! I suspect you must have gotten the smell of gas out, too, with the number of days that passed and how many times it was washed. I can’t imagine what a small rug like that would cost to get all that oil out! That’s persistence! Congratulations on doing such a fine job! 🌹👏🏿👏🏽👏🏼👏 🌹
Wow! A true testament of how good you are! Great job 🎉🎉🎉🎉
I wasn't sure that you would have any rug left, especially around the edges, great job, you get a gold star for hanging in there
I can't imagine how satisfying it was for you to see that clean water come off the rug! Bravo sir! Amazing!
I have cleaned a runner that was saturated with oil and grime, I used vegetable oil and sugar and after the oil broke I used soap and vinegar and after about 15 washes just soap and water then lots of rinsing and it was a gold and black rug very pretty and the owner paid me $250.00
What a transformation! Excellent job! A definite challenge.
Finally the Bright colors showed up 🎉🎉🎉 that was epic.. great video ❤❤❤
This was just miraculous. I love the way you persevere and keep going. I find it so lovely to see how at first you see something like curvy lines then as you keep going things start to emerge and you keep guessing as to what the picture is going be in the end. Wow!! what a carpet and what a marvelous carpet cleaner you are. I wonder how it got in that mess to start off with. Top marks for you.
That rug is beautiful! Wow…did not see that coming…at one point I thought you uncovered Asian letters but turned out to be butterfly, just wow!
Wow! Where had this rug been stored? 10 years at the bottom of a pool filled with pure mud? Awesome work and dedication! Well done!
Dear friend, l highly appreciate your hard work and determination to clean such a dirty thing. Nobody can recognize that it's the same carpet. Keep it up.
Why would a rug be soaked in oil in the first place?
prob was placed under a car in the garage to keep the garage clean
Sir, This is the cleanest rug I have seen in 3 years of watching. Now, if you rinse clear ( and you did), I am prepared to watch more of your work. Thank you. I was beginning to wonder if there were folks as clean as you proved to be.
First, I love your channel. Stay Passionate!! But I do have two points to make: 1. The foam that activates when wet is designed to pull out oils. Perfect to start the cleaning process of this rug. 2: The dry detergent that you did use early on must be activated with water as well, that is why it didn't do anything but smear into the oil. Oil and water don't mix, as your first splash so clearly indicated.
I think he knows they don't mix..
@@Telvanni. I know he does, i was making a point. He clearly DOES NOT know the proper use for some of the chemicals that he uses. And I wasn't going to say it, but since you replied as such, i'm going to point out that in the point where the screen goes black and it says "I do'nt remember how many days later" the rug was drastically cleaner after the cut. I would say he took it to another cleaner, who used the absorbent foam....
Everyone knows that water and oil don't mix
@@richardtaylor582I think he spent those days working on the carpet himself. And if you have a thought that you shouldn't say something.... please take that as a sign ...and please don't say it.
@@bizzithegamermom thanks mom!!! will you spank me now??? also, I never had a thought not to type what I did, you pulled that out your self indulgent arse
What in the world happened to that rug to have so much oil down in the fibers? I can’t even imagine. You do quality work and the rug was like new when done. Be proud of yourself!
That had to of been frustrating. Love your determination!!!
You never give up , do you .fantastic job ! Bless you
That is one well made rug to go through all of that to get it cleaned. It must be a special rug for someone to go through the expense. Great job!
You should get yourself a power steamer... similar to the power water jet but a steamer. That would do the trick. I bet the cleaning cost more than the rug.
A few times I wanted to fast-forward to the end because it was SO dirty 😔 yet it is so satisfying to watch the full process to getting it clean. Great job‼️❤️
this is crazy!!! amazing job getting it clean. thank god you didn’t give up
I didn’t think it was possible, but you’ve done a great job. I can’t believe how beautiful the colors are. I still think it’s a very unattractive rug, it’s not to my taste, but somebody loves it and thinks it’s gorgeous. This makes it well worth the effort.
It is a beautiful rug with beautiful drawings and bright colors. Obviously it's for the children's room. 💐💖🇨🇱
Jamás pensé que debajo de toda esa masa negra se escondían unos colores tan preciosos. Increible el trabajo que has hecho con esta alfombra
My daughter had that same rug in her nursery in 1988 😮. Crazy it's still around
Amazing work!!!!! Came out spectacular!!!! Nice perseverance on that one. From a caterpillar into a butterfly…no pun intended-haha
I really thought that rug was a lost cause. What a great job you did.
How on earth do these rugs get so filthy?
Usually they put it in workshop, construction site etc
"...oil." *heart sinks*
I love seeing how every rinse was getting closer and closer! Big difference!!
Wow, you really got those colours to pop! The amount of oil that came out of that carpet was shocking. Did they use it in the garage? Great job.
Amazing!!! I enjoyed this video so much! Thank you!!!you are a real Professional!
I take my hat off to you, what a cracking job!!
That was a great job. I love that rug, it's so bright and cheerful
Gosh! Hope your shop has some really good ventilation!
Awesome. Never thought it would look that great.
The comment on Dawn was so true. I use Dawn to hand wash hats and delicate clothes, garden tools, outdoor furniture and the plastic porch railing.
I thought for sure you were going to give up. Great job, what a beautiful rug.
Fantastic work!!
Honestly, I didn't think it was going to get clean.... good job!
Wow!!! The finished job is simply amazing!!!
I use to clean dirty carpets in a laundry called snow white but these carpets are something else man lol
Thanks!
was that yours? Whats all that stuff on it
@@Ferxani no it’s not mine I just support channels that go beyond.
Amazing job!!
Well done you!!! I honestly didnt think it would come clean
Do people submerge these in oil slicks on purpose or something?
Congratulations for your determination and the splendid final result
Where did this rug come from? It looks like the welcome mat from an oil rig. Apart from the challenge, was it even worth this amount of time and effort and chemicals to clean?
Work Zep Citrus cleaner into it and let it soak for 10. Then wet it, brush it, wet it brush it. Until 1/2 the cleaner is gone. Then repeat. You're done.
Wow!! Fantastic job!
Amazing. This one was sure labour intensive. Good job.
Strangely satisfying these efforts 😊
If there is a print shop near you, check and see if they have any California Wash. It's used to clean printers ink off of our press; might work as well as the gasoline (with slightly lower toxicity lol) if you ever tackle something like this in future. But, I would stick to not doing it again.
Nice to hear and see you, not just a pair of red boots stomping about 😊
Roll it out, pour a bucket on it...then the bucket just sorta...flops...in defeat at the lack of response from the rug. I felt that deep sigh without even seeing your face! 😂
My question is who made that rug because it must have been outside somewhere and to come back that beautiful after all the hard work you did and not fall apart. Beautiful
Wow! What a difference! I was beginning to wonder if it was ever going to come clean.
You need a mask dealing with gasolin 😮 Great job!
You should wear a mask regardless
I want to see your ownwer's face after that transformation Great job🎉
Wow amazing work!!
Absolutely amazing! New subscriber!!
I would love to know where you find these dirty disgusting rugs
Your filter system for the toxic wastewater must be amazing to deal with that combination of gasoline and cleaning products.
I get a perverse thrill when he scapes and washes the dirt away from around the rug and it’s a clean ( semi clean) surface for a bit 😊
Perverse?
@@wendyhorn8376 lol, that was a joke cuz I’m surprised I’m even watching rugs being washed. But it’s like after you do housework and everything is clean, it’s a great feeling 😊
Justice for the butterflies hehe. Great work bro!
Best one yet!!!
Great job! Don't think I would have spent that much time or energy on it. You are a magician! 🪄
How did this carpet get oil on it ?
Most likely is someone’s car was leaking oil and they placed an oil pan on the rug to catch the oil but the oil pan broke and seeped into the rug.
WOW A phenominal job! ❤
It must be a very interesting movie when it takes 6 days to clean a carpet😊🏵
Nice job!!!
it so beautiful, great job
Wow! I really thought that you would have to admit defeat on this one, but no, you kept going until it was completely clean and clear of that horrible stubborn oil. Masterful!
Great job
Amazing!
Beautiful.
This service is wonderful Notice how eco-friendly.
What do you charge for this kind of deep carpet cleaning? Your work is fabulous. Thank you for sharing your skill set!
Amigo, usted tiene una voluntad de acero. Que constancia y paciencia!!! Admirable trabajo.
Почёт и здоровье таким людям терпеливым. Это же сколько терпенья и труда нужно?
Wow, amazing job 💪
amazing work!
You did am imaging job. I can't believe it that pretty. Awesome job.
Absolutely love this video when it comes to manual scrubbing but did not like the cleaning supplies you used I like lots of soap that suds up when scrubbing
Achei que não ia limpar nunca, mas, limpou e ficou lindo. Parabéns
First thing, awesome dedication to cleaning that rug! second off, after this got done, you must have run victory laps!
Wow, you did a great job!!!!!!!!!
Super entretenido !! 💯
Awesome work nobody could get. This rug clean only you brother😂😂
