What a wonderful film - it was so interesting to see all of the jiggles and hear all of the noises taking off - Lars & Amber were so engaging. It was so interesting to me as well to see how their career paths in aviation were so different. Thank you for a delightful film ! Oh ...yeah - Norway is one of the most beautiful places in the world kind of like Canada.

Yah, just like ordinary youngsters in quarter life crisis, don't know what to do in life and other stuff, for Ms Amber, finally after some time finally she got HER CALL in AVIATION. Inspiring & insightful for me.

These are smart, kind, professional people…the Norwegians typically are emotionally intelligent, professional, and environmentally conscious. Love this culture
Norway is one of the happiest places to live and work on earth…the longevity and health are outstanding, they eat really healthy, and they are very collective, which means they really look after each other, and also their family units are strong, and divorce rate super low
It is quiet funny thats the excaktly the same plane i was flying this summer from alicante to Bergen se-rrg im a teenager and wanto be a pilot❤😊

For the people that have a clue about planes and plane travel. When the departure time is on your ticket i have always thought this is when you leave ground. Is this time actually when you leave the gate? i noticed the pilot said ''7 minutes before departuretime thats a good start'' when he left the flybridge/gate. Is this the case?
That is correct. The times on your ticket and on the screens is “gate to gate”. But when we announce the flight time on the PA, it’s takeoff to touchdown.

I’m sure it’ll be just like the class1 railroad I previously worked for . Being rewarded for saving fuel turned into discipline for not saving fuel.
That may work on land but certainly not in the air...

Not really. Norwegian Sweden is a large part of the company. 30+ aircraft are on Swedish registry, and 50+ on Norwegian

other planes do too, you can google this and get photos of trim wheels in other cockpits

It’s always the PM, in this case the captain, who set thrust for T/O. It’s not about the Norwegian politics, it’s about the Airbus SOP. They recommended that. Unless this is an obligation
Never seen that happening in any cokpit before, it always is the F/O setting thrust once its set the captain takes hand on it

@LightCode I have to agree with you. Usually if it’s the F/O flying, they will stabilise the engines at 50/40% and set the thrust, after which they take their hand off the thrust levers.
