    • @@prAna530 Well there are definitely more impressive feats in lifting, but it depends on the person and what kind of things impress you. Some like one rep maxes, others like rep work. Some prefer barbell work, some powerlifting, others just regular lifts. To me it's a combination of everything. Everyone's different. You specifically should watch Larry Wheels do the 200's on incline a few years ago with NDO. He hits it for 12 very very clean reps with good control. That likely would be the most impressive feat to you. It blows Ronnies out of the water. Incline bench is considerably harder. 20%-25% harder on average. Ronnies a beast, but I wanted to find something that would impress you specifically more. I knew I would, since there are many guys stronger than Ronnie.

I held the door and offered to carry his stuff to his table. He talked the whole way like if we were old friends. I ended telling him I had falling off the gym life after just getting old and trying to start a family. Once at the table He gave me an autographed poster saying, “ get your ass back in the gym Rolando !!” He had remembered my name at the start of the interaction which by now was at min a half hour, that shows he listened to what I said and is a genuine person.
