    • People constantly discount the hard work and discipline and assume that anyone who has a good physique nowadays must be taking something. Not related to this video per say, but I think natural potential is underrated. People think they can’t achieve their goals naturally and basically give themselves an excuse to not put in the work. Work ethic and mindset are the foundations of your success, whether you’re natural or not.

  • This video of Ronnie truly shows his work ethic, consistency and great time management. Anyone out there who finds it “hard” to combine their personal goals or personal projects while working or studying. Ronnie is a good example that yes, you can do both. For a guy competing in the Olympia, he surely could handle being a police officer at the same time. Some say it was “time consuming” while he proved it was just better time management and self control. I mean look at his uniform... He ironed his uniform. If you ever had to iron your uniform, perhaps on a weekly or even daily basis, especially on your first times doing and learning it, you know it can even take 30 minutes to get it properly. This puts to shame all of the times I told myself in the past that “some things don’t require that much effort” and “I just don’t care about it”. It’s mot because you “don’t care”. It’s because you can’t manage your own time right. Lots to learn from this guy

    • it s not a matter of consistency, love about the sport, discipline etc, it s just about being an human, how long and also about the quality of life u want on your future. I thought before also " I could everything I really wanted "working, studying, working out, dancing, swimming and making diet like an athlete ( i m easy about eating, diet etc) cause that s my mindset, and i hopefully got more than i thought i wanted, but, later, the bill will arrive, i' m paying with insomnia, stress, have to get pills to sleep, so, yes... being mind strong it s absolutely important but don t forget that we r humans and think about the life quality u want. Ronnie deserves better, better and better cause he just loves what he did, do.
