5:17. I know that feeling. When I was little, I drank a bottle of solvent. My esophagus was almost gone and I got something called a chemical pneumonia. After the operation I was hospitalised for over a month, while I had tubes down in my lungs so the doctors could fumes out. I did make a full recovery and THANK GOD, I don´t remember that.

Lol I remember when I was young, maybe 7, or 8, and I pulled out a tooth. Pretty normal. All by myself. And as time passes by, no adult tooth came out, because why? The tooth I pulled out _was_ the adult tooth. And now I’m stuck with a gap in the back.
The fact that something similar happened to me when I was about five but my story involves a wooden bench table a game of tag with a friend and I remember it clearly 🥲🥲
That all sounds so brutal! I feel so bad for sister and especially your dad! You may not remember it but I can imagine that would indeed be incredibly traumatic for your family. Even more so, because your dad would then go on to pull your arm out of it's socket three years later! I don't think I ever hurt myself as badly as you have. This happened to my daughter and she sang the ABC's. I was so confused. Nice to know she isn't the only who has gone through that as a child. Hopefully you have more luck in the future. I'm surprised that my daughter was even able to talk like that with her teeth that bad, same as you. Its very surprising that people are this clumsy (NO OFFENSE).

Not totally related but a few years ago a friend of mine built a tree house in a small patch of nearby woods. I wanted to go into said tree house but I can't climb very well given I've been in a wheelchair all my life, so my friends rig up a makeshift pulley system to haul me up. I get about ten feet in the air and somehow they lose hold of the rope causing me to fall. Once I hit the ground and the initial shock wares off I realize I'm fine, but being the evil bastard I am I decide to mess with my friends as payback for letting me fall. So I remain lying on the ground for a moment before letting out the most pathetic, pained whimpering moan I can manage and then cry out "I can't feel my legs". I was so convincing that my friends quickly peeked out of the edge of the tree house to check on me. Only to see my wheelchair a few feet away and me laughing like a madman.

Two root canals as a kid would suck. I did a header over the back of the couch when I was about 3 and gnawed on my wrist because it made it feel better. My parents rushed me to emerge and they explained I probably either strained or sprained it. It's a natural thing when you hurt yourself to put it in your mouth (i.e. hammered a finger) especially when you're a kid. I have weak knees from Lupus and sometimes walk with walking sticks/ski poles. I had an accident with a ski pole/walking stick. I fell/slightly fainted and while trying to right myself when I was still weak from it my ski pole bounced off the wall. It then clipped me in the mouth. I have the pulpadectomy done but need to actual root canal on two teeth there.
This video has always reminded me of the book Smile.

That's interesting, when my sister also fell on concrete and messed up her front two teeth when she was 1, they just pulled it out. We used to tease her with the "All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth" for 6 years straight until they finally grew in😂

Yeah, the same thing didn’t really happen to me but I had something similar. I was like four years old or five and I was like sitting on the bed watching TV until I slipped on the bed and fell my face and all my front teeth broke, and then my mom rushed me to the ER and and for that day on, I was chief, but didn’t tell me from eating. I just ate on the side tea for something like that but like I didn’t know, the chief actually grew back like a year later that’s great.

I had something similar to this story. I did draw blood in this story, though. I was playing with a zelda hylian sheild, and before I could say hut, yah! Hiah!! I swung the sheild frontwards and knocked my front loose tooth backward. I didn't feel it at all. Untill I tasted an unfamiliar taste in my mouth. I licked the top of my mouth, and got the realization that the tooth was twisted backward. I started crying a lot, and I attached a string to my tooth and barely pulled it. And I was out! my mom and me were sitting together, and helped me calm down. But this story is way more traumatizing then mine. I hope you have recovered from this now. Peace.
