    • That is literally part of religion though. Religion stands for god's words to many. So it is absolute truth to them, and they never question it. If the bible says the earth is a few thousand years old, then nothin I say or teach em will change their mind. Religous indoctrination increases the chances of controlling people , especially women and minorities. I would even argue that organized religion (like the abrahamic ones) are easiest to abuse in order to oppress others. And it was used by many religious leaders as an excuse to oppress in the first place. That is fact. One can see it throughout history. Interestingly, especially where religious indoctrination + extremism are very common. The less educated, the easier to indoctrinate and control indeed.

I'm an Afghan girl born, grown up and studied in Afghanistan. My grandmother was a teacher my mother a dentist assistant in Herat Afghanistan and we are absolutely not a rich but a very average family in Afghanistan. When you see a terror group ruling in Afghanistan it's because it's supported by many countries which make profit from the war in Afghanistan. And terror groups need an blind society to rule on which is exactly the reason why all terror group firstly attack on girls and womens rights since women are the roots of a society. Educated Women will not just make 50% of a society but they also will raise the other 50% of the society which are men.

The Taliban should know that they are dealing with a different Afghanistan. As the Taliban were being trained by their Pakistani/Arab masters; plenty of Afghan girls and women became educated and independent. Now these women dare to speak up for their rights. What a difference between the women and the Taliban representative in this video. The ladies were logical, educated, and articulate. The Talib was clearly uneducated and couldn’t provide reasonable answers. Long live Afghan girls and women. Death to the barbaric Taliban.

Education for women in Afghanistan was a mistake that threw away lots of money and time when it could have fixed society there as a whole. Corrupt American politicians plan to use these funds to compensate American corporations for what happened in September 11. So now Afghanistan has no overseas funds to buy food for its starving populations. Nothing else as important as this is a worthy issue in Afghanistan news but the root cause is the west not respecting Afghan cultural beliefs like it was a crusade. The Innocent Afghanistan public are paying the price of September 11 with their lives. Rather than America, NATO and UN handing over in a planned way to the Taliban with assistance to mentor the Taliban in the way to run a modern country, they just abandoned them after 20 years of colonialist control and hegemony. • @@rubys2980 The women of Afghanistan do generally hate the repression of the Taliban, just as these women are saying. Girls high schools have been closed, dress codes imposed, and unaccompanied travel prohibited. But listen to what they are not saying. They aren't saying that interpreters are being massacred, or that ethnic wars are raging, or that women are being raped or stoned, or most of the other horrible things that the outside world believes are happening there. And they hate the poverty and aid bans that the international community are inflicting on the country largely on the basis of those ignorant beliefs.
