  • Sammmm! I adore you❤Thank you for allowing me to experience first hand your life in The Netherlands. I can only describe it as gezellig!! Thank you, to all the wonderful compliments from your subscribers. It’s only a continuous reflection of the warmth and kindness I received from all those I encountered in the the Netherlands. The rain didn’t put a damper on my experience. I enjoyed everything the day had to bring. I will journey back in the future. Until then, I will treasure the memories we made together on and off camera. ❤ mom

Since then he has visited us regularly ( > 15 times) and every time I enjoyed him enjoying to be here. Whenever we had a trip planned he was the first waiting at the car in his smartest outfit. We visited most countries of Europe with him and our children and he loved every moment at every place. Sadly he passed away 2 years ago... enjoy the time with your family and enjoy life together

  • This is so lovely to see! I am so glad your mother liked the experience and for you to have been able to show her around. My son (he is 25) moved to Switzerland last year and I visited him two times. That was so nice, him showing me around in his new country. I also wanted to get a view of his daily live and went to the supermarket with him. Just the normal things, that made my image complete. Besides that we visited several cities and walked up mountains, it is a beautiful country. Now when we talk on facetime - he ususally calls when he is on a walk, I see his village and recognise it, that is so nice!

  • 13:51 and we love to welcome you back time and time again! Sam, this was the right amount of morning dopamine i needed! It was heart warming to see someone enjoy our culture instead of criticizing or what ever Americans usually do here! You mom is a gem in the wild and a gorgeous soul! If you are ever in Arnhem, feel free to contact me i’d love to show you around, like your dad in law did…( btw thats a typical over excited dutch guy wanting to tell about the beautiful history, like myself🤣 )

  • Hi Sam, great to see our country through your and your mom's eyes. ❤ (Did you realise that a lot of the houses/buildings you saw alongside the canals are older than the USA? Same probably goes for the church you visited. I always find that a weird realisation, because the USA has a lot of great history too!)
