  • When I got to eat at goldee's last year, some of the people in line next to me were from Colorado. We got to talking while we waited, then when we got our food we shared a table and ate together. The experience is totally worth it highly recommend

Pork belly was great. Sides were pretty but taste was underwhelming. They were super nice folks but the food was not worth the price. 589 Hickory BBQ few miles away in Weatherford is far superior to what Dayne & Co served us. $163 for 5 people better be memorable.

  • I was noticing the thickness of the cuts. The brisket appeared thicker than normal and the turkey was thinner. The typical cut is width of a yellow pencil. Sometimes thicker means it’s overcooked and too tender to stay together so they cut it thicker. Thinner can mean it’s undercooked and is a little tougher so they cut it thinner to seem not tender. Not sure if that’s what’s going on here. I’ve never been there personally.
