  • I'm into armwrestling, and rate of force is really important in competition. That's what brought me to your content, along with an interest in optimizing training volume and programming. You should do a video on Overspeed eccentrics. I could be misremembering, but I don't remember you doing on in any of your speed videos. Such good content man. Although, where the hell is the Tendo Unit discount code? ;) I want one of those so bad. I've wanted to be able to measure my rate of force more accurately and effectively.

  • I coach triathlon, cross country and track. I have so many different sources it's confusing. Marathon and cross country lift light high reps, triathlon lift heavy, track lift heavy or light depending on the event. So kids doing the Two mile and pole vault lift heavy and light. OMG! Help!

  • Hi, I have been following you from a while and found your videos very informative and easy to understand. Can you suggest some velocity techniques for ultra runner athelete. A person who has run 100+ km of distance and plan to go even further. Thanks Again.

    @vishalsharma4509@vishalsharma4509 Жыл бұрын
    • You’ll likely benefit from some high load isometric work or slow controlled movements for tendon health. The repetitive stress low load ultra running can put a lot of stress on tendons without being a good stimulus for increasing tendon strength. Better force absorption/ energy storage and release and staying healthy will definitely help you continue to progress overall.

    • It's probably best to find and follow people who are training athletes with VBT. I've learned a lot about if from Billmillertraining on IG. I'm sure others are also doing good work as well and posting about it.
