  • No disrespect to CF, but it seems kind of shitty that Tony is trying to make the conjugate system sound like mainsite CF. One is randomized, one is not. They're completely different things.

  • @bIglogstrongman I agree, most crossfit trainers are just cut, not exceptionally strong or powerful. Crossfit's for pretty boys and hot chicks lol Louie is the godfather of training strength and power/explosion. oly coaches and lifters got it too.

  • People make jokes about crossfitters not doing pullups the right way but there are countless videos of bodybuilders out there that aren't even going 90 degrees on their bench press. Don't even get me started on the squats.

  • Crossfit isn't to look pretty tho and their not the strongest guys out there but then again westside barbell guys dont have the conditioning. So its all about your goals.

  • I am a bodybuilder who got into crossfit. I agree most crossfiters are arrogant I don't know what their arrogant about! They don't even have fucking legs! I'm arrogant yes but at last I'm not all paleo Yay! Paleo is crap where is the God damn energy fruits and vegetables? Where's the starchy shit for lifting days dammit

  • See now, that's where you're wrong, guy. There are plenty of Westside guys (other powerlifters too) who are world class strength athletes but also have impressive speed, explosiveness, endurance, body fat percentages, etc. They're only world class in one thing, but they're moderate in the other areas. Crossfitters, on the other hand, aren't good at anything. Like Louie has said, the guys who are only world class in one thing are half-assed, but those who aren't aren't even half-assing it.
