Eric Andre has said in an interview they do like an hour and a half of interviews and edit it down to the 10 minutes or so that it is. Apparently they seriously fucked with him, here's just a small list of some of them - They put him in 3 layers and a winter coat when the studio was over 90 degrees - They made him wear a dog collar... but not in the usual place - They put a fart machine in his chair - They were dripping water on him the entire time - They made him play Dizzy Bat literally right before he came out the curtain (you can hear the bat drop when he walks out)

To those who want to know what's wrong with him, they made him spin around with a baseball bat (hence the wood dropping sound in the background when he enters and him being off balance causing the marble statue to knock over) and a continuous drop of water came down on him from the ceiling acting as an annoying Chinese water torture, that's why he was talking about the ceiling and frustrated. Also, during many of the interviews you can see sweat and complaints about the heat.

he was on salvia. they made him play a game where he had to spin around and hit something with a stick, which is why you hear the stick drop before you see him stumble out (dizzy from spinning + salvia). eric andre asks balfour how he's doing, to which he replies by laughing. by the time he loses it, the salvia has worn off and he has gotten tired of eric andre fucking with him (This is probably 30-40 minutes later)

These are just short clips... i do not think these scenes happened in sequence. Eric Andre has said in an interview they do like an hour and a half of interviews and edit it down to the 10 minutes or so that it is. It looks like that dude has been through alot of shit on this show by the time he started getting pissed lmao.

Apparently they seriously fucked with him, here's just a small list of some of them - They put him in 3 layers and a winter coat when the studio was over 90 degrees - They made him wear a dog collar... but not in the usual place - They put a fart machine in his chair - They were dripping water on him the entire time - They made him play Dizzy Bat literally right before he came out the curtain (you can hear the bat drop when he walks out)

The best part is they edited it as if Eric was mostly giving a normal interview and Balfour just seeimngly snaps.

Supposedly he smoked Salvia, they're dripping water on him, he's wearing a shock collar on his arm, they played "dizzy bat" right before the interview (the game with the stick), and they turn the air conditioners off for the interview. And they edit it all together to make him look crazy.

In a podcast interview Eric Balfour said they kept shocking him with hidden electric dog collars throughout the interview, under a leaky pipe the entire time, and during breaks the make up artist powdered his face with menthol. Dude was straight up tortured for an entire hour.

To those who want to know what's wrong with him, they made him spin around with a baseball bat (hence the wood dropping sound in the background when he enters and him being off balance causing the marble statue to knock over) and a continuous drop of water came down on him from the ceiling acting as an annoying Chinese water torture, that's why he was talking about the ceiling and frustrated. Also, during many of the interviews you can see sweat and complaints about the heat.
