Thank you!! Very simple and useful!!
Oh wow! That little plunge cut below the bead to terminate the fibers is a super technique! Why didn't I think of that??? 😉
Thank you
Thank you for a great idea
Thanks for the idea, Tomislav! Oh, nice skew work too!
Thank you very much
You are a skew master, it was a pleasure watching yo work. Also a very nice little project to use up small scraps of wood.
Aaa thank you, I'm far from master, I'm long life student of the craft, I think James Krenov said that.... Thank you very much 🤗
Nice idea Tomislav! My wife uses clothes pins so it will be a nice surprise when I give her a couple of these. Thanks! Take care, Dave
Glad to help out Dave.... Thank you for watching
Great skew control ! Two years and I still fight the skew cool little project
Its just practice, thank you for watching
This will be a great stocking stuffer for my family!! Thanks for the idea!!
No problem, its great idea for socks☺️
Leave it a little thicker, don't slice up and you have a great dibble for setting seeds in dirt.
Indeed, there are many ways to present these in different use
Definitely going to make some of these for myself. Thank you for the idea.
Thank you for watching
Excellent idea! Thank you for sharing!
No worries, thank you for watching
Thanks! Really nice idea.
Thank you
Definitely plan to make some of these in the future. Great project idea!
Thank you☺️
Great idea! I’m gonna make some up. Thanks KB 🐸🔱⚓️🇺🇸
Thank you ,go for it
I really love your videos.
So glad to hear that ☺️ thank you
Nice work! I will make some of these! Batching these really sharpens tool skills!
Indeed.... Thanks
Thanks 👍and a really great way to practice skew technique too.
Indeeed, thank you for watching
Neat little clip Tomislav.
Thank you sir 😀
Designer clothes pins, who knew? I don't do craft shows but do plan on making a few for gifts. Thanks for sharing, Tomi.
Thank you Mike😀
@tomislavtomasicwoodturning I made one today a bit fatter, drilled a hole at the end of the BS cuts and held it with a wooden hand clamp on the BS. My wife loved it. I will be making some more for CHristmas presents. Thanks for sharing.
@@MikePeaceWoodturning awsome to hear that Mike.... ☺️
Great idea. 👍👍
Thanks 😀
Great little project. May have to try one for my own use. Thank you.
Go for it 😀
I'll make a dedicated sled for cutting the slot on the bandsaw.
Good idea😀
great Idea, love it. will also be good skew practice for me
Indeed, great excersize
Anothe fantastic video. I watched lots of videos by different turners But you are the best I’ve ever seen with the skew chisel a true crafts man
Ooh thank you, I'm still young so a lot of time to get better with skew 😀 its just practice
Looks great thanks for all your videos. I‘ve done these with branches and a carving knife. A tip I would give you is to drill a hole at the end of the slot a little bit bigger than the slot to help distribute the forces and prevent splitting.
Thank you for watching, its a great tip and I use that mostly on more stressfull stuff like clothes clips....
Enjoyed, fun small gift...love no music great voice clear, explaining
Thank you very much 🤗
A very pretty little bag closer and as always amazing tool use and skill. But yes indeed, using a bandswa that way isn't really safe.... Thanks for another nice and instructional video!
Thank you Joris....☺️
Интересно придумал👍
Thank you
Well I immediately went out and made same upon seeing this video to sale at a market tomorrow. Fingers crossed!
Hopefully you did ok selling them☺️
Love the video. Pricing this was very helpful ,thanks.
Thank you
Jako lijepo! Uzet ću ideju i napravim koji za sljedeći sajam. Sumnjam da bih se prodavalo za tu cijenu, ali brobat ću pa čemo vidjeti.
Naravno da bude se prodavalo
That's pretty. I'm sure to try that. $5 USD 3/$12 sounds fair to me. Maybe slightly thicker/shorter for bag pins though. I'll find my stride.
Go for it.... They could bring some nice revenue
So the trick is to make them look crafted rather than mass produced by using eye catching woods and maybe even glue-ups/segmenting? Will have to give them a try.
Segmented glue up pieces could be really nice.... Make them slighty different, not much, that is also sign of hand made... Good luck 👍
Is that 5e each
Yes
