See how to use your body weight to generate more power! | ONE HOUR TRANSFORMATION EPISODE 10
In this episode, I had the opportunity to work with Erikas, a promising 13-year-old who reminds me of Stefanos Tsitsipas when he first came to the Mouratoglou Academy.
Erikas has a powerful forehand, but struggles to engage his full body in the motion, relying too heavily on his arm to generate power. Do you find yourself falling into a similar pattern? Then watch us as we go through the journey of breaking down Erikas’ forehand, and transforming it into a weapon that is super-charged by power from the legs.
We also spent some time fine tuning Erikas’ volley. Getting the right angle, with your body weight in the right place, is crucial for striking an excellent volley, which is exactly what we focused on in the second half of this session.
After an hour, Erikas had doubled the power in his forehand, and possessed much more accurate volleys!

THE COACH
Patrick
My local club tennis coaches don’t like Patrick M, I drop them and watch this channel instead. I have learnt and improved huge amount, thank you so so much ❤❤❤❤.
Now I know why my volley sucks. Can't wait to try what I learn in this video.
You are a good teacher. Really nice to watch your videos. Always pick something usefull from your videos. Thank you🎾
The perfect time for this lesson, I have just joined a mens team and we practice this every week. Will be trying the lower body, angle of the racket and following the ball on my volleys.
Fantastic lesson, Maestro!
You are the best....thank you for video❤❤❤
Good stuff! Enjoyed watching this video!
Love these lessons!
A great player and a great coach, everything is easier!
As always, you can learn something new from Patryk, seemingly trivial but yet so important. 👌
So helpful.
Très bonne vidéo !
Love your videos
I’m looking forward to coming to your academy 🇬🇷 🇫🇷🎾🤗
Nice video
Awesome!
Great !
Patrick, how is the weekly routine of a pro player when they're not playing any tournament? Curious to see when they prep on court, at the gym, etc
thank bro

beniftting from home
The more muscles correctly utilized in a given movement. The more momentum that will be transferred in the execution of that movement.
Hi
He needs to coil and turn more
Le net est trop weird le tape est trop gros il block la vu.
All what he's saying is wrong unfirtunately for all those are in his hands. You can not transfer the body weight foreward when the ball is high and long. It is unbelievable that these kind of coaches have so much influence, congratulation to them
Lets hope he can add some verity to his game. how many scrambling attackers does the game need?
😂😂😂 You have seen literally none of his game 🤦🤦🤯🤣🤣🤣
Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." -John 14:6
I think people make him come off that way and it just caught fire. I learn some from his videos.
this guy is not good
Why do you think so?
Then what are you doing watching his videos ?!😂😂
Hes 13 lol
He’s good. He’s only 13 and seems smart and quick learner.
He is fosho better than u at 13. Also, the ball always seems slower in camera on this angle
