Ingredients for Apple Pancakes:
1 large apple
Lime or lemon juice
1 egg
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar
3.5 ounces (100 grams) yogurt
3.5 fl oz (100 ml) milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon rum
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup (160 grams) all-purpose flour
Oil for frying
Instructions:
Peel and grate the apple, then add a splash of lime or lemon juice to prevent browning.
In a mixing bowl, break the egg and add sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix well.
Stir in yogurt and milk until well combined.
Add baking powder, rum, salt, and flour. Mix until smooth.
