    • Swordevil He has strong legs, just not a lot of mass in them. If he had huge legs, it would be extremely hard to do a lot of these exercises because he needs to be top-heavy in order to balance correctly and easily.

      @GainghisKhan@GainghisKhan9 жыл бұрын
    • Swordevil Leg day. leg day. WTF. Please. Your body does transform in what you want "it" to do. He don't need the legs for anny of his performings. Why train em ? ( I know, it looks wierd) But it will not be easy to ran around with big legs, and perform stuff like he does. So the body "chooses" cut down on weight, and build muscle, to let the body "fly"

      @qrijse@qrijse9 жыл бұрын
    • Yes i know. But i only speak for the aesthetic version. And not big fat leg, just strong leg like her arms. It too overbalanced >

      @swordevil7760@swordevil77609 жыл бұрын
    • Swordevil even adequate legs can destroy most of these performings. Also, they require some torso to stabilize these movings, and this is, of course, lot of mass.

    • George Vernadis I remember that scene from Never Back Down 2 when Max Cooperman kicks that heavy punching bag all the way back and then Chase Walker comes and kicks it and punctures a hole into it, bursting it. He then says something like "Would you rather finish your opponent or push him back?" It doesn't matter if he is 60kg or 72kg as long as his punch could stop your heart from beating, just from the impact.

    • That is a great question! I was just thinking the same thing. This man inspired me a lot when I got serious about Calisthenics almost 3 years now and I have learned to do all the moves he does in this vid. I can currently do 40.5 Pullups and I would love to see his 50 pullups or something. I think he should be able to do that much. wouldn't you agree? What do you say Frank? How many? Do you have a vid somewhere to show us?

    • randomskillz01 I'm not talking about food. I'm comparing the bodies to Genetically Modified due to too much protein supplements and drugs vs the natural organic form of the muscles.
