Hey guys
I just wanna let you know about something I thought I would never tell you about, I will only post it here so that only those who really care about my content get to read it, which is that this channel is not monetized, and hasn't been since 2019, yes, I lost monetization back in October 2019 and hasn't been able to monetize it since, other than my current sponsor that is barely keeping it alive, I'm not making any money from it and it's been very hard to keep it up at the same pace given the circumstances. That is why I'm asking you guys if you are capable of supporting me with a donation of like 1 dollar a month or even quarterly depending on how much you can afford, that would breathe life back into my channel.
If you wanna support me with a donation, here : www.paypal.com/paypalme/NoaMa...
Thank you guys for reading

    • maltese is a way more advance skill i guess but also to do maltese on the rings is a much more advanced skill. The diffuculty level increases how you change your movement to another movement for example if you press from iron cross to maltese or handstand is only talent for professional olympic gymnasts but it is still very cool to perform these strength trainings on the ground for us.

      @elzahmet@elzahmet Жыл бұрын
    • @@sonzai5162 nah planche looks cooler than iron cross. Iron cross makes you look like you are just hanging on the ring,all you need is shoulder and joint strength. Planche makes you look like you're flying and it looks even more impossible when they lean like that. And you also need core strength for stability,unlike iron cross,you don't need it to stabilize your body since the pressure is put on your whole arms,while in planche the pressure is distributed to most of the body especially the front delt.

    • Planche is the coolest because you cam literally perform them anywhere. I'd say handstands are second since it's also a skill that can be done anywhere. Levers are third, followed by flags

  • Totally Insane. I was brute worker in production Framing/logging that kept me fit and just did bits of all kinds working out from back When Arnold Shartzzzznegger hit The scene. I could walk on hands, do handstand pushups, some Martial arts. It all helped learn a lot of what is best for The Body and just heavy weight lifting isn't it and this is whole other level of good , best strength, use of all muscle working out. Then to do that on 2 fingers with arms spread wide, go right into a handstand ? Incredible.

  • Really wish i discovered Calisthenics 5 years earlier than i did. I was only 10 months into calisthenics (and the best shape of my life because of it) when my psoriasis arthritis developed in my fingers, wrists and ankles. Which of course immediately blocked and slowly reversed most of my progress. Now these vids i used to love and found inspirational just piss me off and depress me.
