  • What we see in this video, are the "good" shots. We dont see the HOURS of falls, sprains, and failures. These moves had to be done hundreds of times just to perfect them. Fucking outstanding.

Calisthenics is visually cool when the guy is tiny and tiny guys need less wayy lesser work to reach this level. Real monsters in the natural world lift heavy and they interact with external objects. Gorillas, chimps, tigers, bears, bulls, elephants .. list goes on and on. If we were naturally meant to go calisthenics over external objects, we'd be arboreal by now, with a lighter body structure and biomechanics like a gibbon

  • Impressive. I used to be in gymnastics in high school. I excelled at the rings (Iron Cross) and floor work. But I got into trouble with a gang member and all that went out the window. My father took me to a boxing gym and I got my ass kicked and eventually kicked a lot of ass. Never looked back. (Real life experience) Focused my mind, body and spirit on something that I could actually apply and that my safety depended on. Doing a backflip to stand where I’m already standing serves no purpose.

  • Beeindruckende Bilder, tolle Leistung, Respekt!
