  • In most western country's this would be an illegal repair and would land the operator and the bogger (a bogger is someone who doesn’t quite meet the expected level of quality) in jail .When it fails I wonder how many family's it will wipe out

    • It is because of those western countries these people are forced to repair their vehicles like this. It is nearly impossible to buy vehicles parts, so either they scrape the vehicle or repair somehow.
