I just got it, such a good keyboard. Easily the best keyboard I've ever used, mechanical, makes that soothing click sounds, and looks great with the Deathadder and Firefly. I have the whole set, the keyboard (Blackwidow X Chroma), the mouse (Razer Deathadder), the mousepad (Firefly), and the headphones. (Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma) I highly recommend to use these because of the high quality materials they use. 80 million keystrokes before ONE SINGLE KEY starts to wear down. And, the Deathadder and Firefly were made to work with each other. Many people say Razer is "overpriced" or it's a "ripoff" but in my personal opinion, Razer is the way to go, if you are looking for high quality gaming gear.
Finally!!! come out normal type keybroad... can't wait for it!

Maxtez The OG BlackWidow was only recreated twice when this video came out and they aren't the same keyboard. The BlackWidow X is way better than the other two.

This would be the absolute perfect keyboard if it had: -macro keys (maybe even an extra row of them) -USB/Mic and audio passthrough (on the back instead of side) -White backing under the keys to make the light shine brighter
The reason it has none of that is because it's the x version, meaning it is literally cheaper.
Finally a normal design without weird row of programmables Like srsly tho, i had to map M1 to escape, M2 to tab etc. for the couple of weeks i've been using it. I don't know who thought putting it there was a good idea

It's funny that I once reached out to Razer's customer support, saying things like "an aluminium top plate would be nice", "standard font" and "perhaps naming it Blackwidow X". The coincidence in the name makes me so hyped up about this. :D

Ill stick to my $3000 2015 corsair cherry mx red k70 rgb with vortex pbt keycaps with custom steel alloy backplate with custom sleeved cables and a led fan attached to it plus a microphone to track every key press i make so i can get arouse to the sound of reds. Basically every similar to cherry switches hater ever.

Looks like my original Razer Blackwidow with blue cherry MX switches released back in 2010 just without the top cover. I think I'm gonna stick with the original one as it still works great.

Not really. The whole point of the RGB lone for the K-series was about the RGB and Razer lights were world's better. The only reason they made this is to have a steel plate which doesn't even have the same finish as the Corsair one.
