Learn how to replace the ENTIRE front suspension of your car in this two episode series. First I will show you how to remove the wheel bearing, ball joints, control arms, tie rod, strut, and axle.
The ball joint and wheel bearing has to be pressed out of the knuckle and I have a bunch of tips and tricks to make that easy. The upper control arm ball joint and tie rod can get stuck in the knuckle so I show some tricks on how to easily remove that. The rest of the suspension parts are pretty simple to remove and replace.

    • @@SenegalGab It's not too bad, time consuming yes, but is worth it to push your vehicle's safety and reliability to the maximum. My car had tons of play in the front suspension it was scary on the highway. I knew then it was enough and it was time to rebuild. The alignment shop told me it looked like it was done at a shop, but I also needed motor mounts and a steering rack. Once I unfortunately dealt with those, I got an alignment and have never drove a car so solid before.

Also when you watched the video, was there a screen that said "this video was flagged by the KZhead community and may be offensive" or something like that? Just wanted to check because I had issues last night which is why I had to postpone publishing the video. I hope it's all fixed and you guys learn a lot from the video! I like watching videos like these that are above my level of experience because it gives me a better understanding of how things work, and what tools/equipment I should already have on hand to make the jobs easier to do. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with others. Because of people like you, I learned how to do my own oil, change my tires, replace my brakes, replace a seized caliper, and the other day I did rotors for the first time.

Number one Kroil or penetrating oil Number 2 isopropal alcohol with winter green and a rubber, deadblow or wooden mallet let it sit for a bit wack it really hard a few times continue until the nut is loose. ( that little trick got a drill bit out of a Very rusted 80 year old drill) Number 3 get a blowtorch the red wrench will remove almost anything but will also ruin any temper present
