Guided Mindfulness Meditation for a Powerful Mind - Strength and Healing Energy (10 minutes)

This is a 10-minute guided meditation with a focus on mindfulness and the power of the mind. This session is a great way to find a mental reset and a renewed care and love for yourself and others through your inner kindness. Finding a powerful mind is a form of inner healing - we seek to calm the mind and get into a proper headspace to be present in the moment, understanding the self and the challenges we face. Be present, share love, and know that you are truly a power person with a strong and powerful mind!
This meditation video session is a 10 minute long video and the spoken dialogue will be a bit over 8 minutes in length. Then, the ambient background music soundtrack will play for just a bit longer to ultimately be a full ten minutes.
I invite you to enjoy and subscribe to my new channel - Long-form (2-3 hours) music-only music for relaxation, study, background music, sleep, and work: / @relaxandsleepjourney6587

    • What is Anapanasati Meditation? ‘Ana’ means ‘In-Breath’ ‘Apana’ means ‘Out-Breath’ ‘Sati’ means ‘Be With’ In “Anapanasati Meditation“, the attention of the mind should constantly be on the normal, natural breath. The task on hand is effortful, joyful oneness with the breath. No ”mantra” to be chanted… no form of any ‘ deity ‘ to be entertained in the mind… no hathayogic pranayama like ‘ kumbhaka ‘.. holding the breath.. should be attempted. What is the procedure? Hands should be clasped and all fingers should go into all fingers The feet should be crossed The eyes should be closed Observe the normal natural breath Note - Any comfortable sitting posture can be taken… The posture should be as comfortable as possible…It is not at all necessary that we should squat on the ground… You can perfectly prefer a comfortable sofa…

  • Thank you so much, Nathan. That was perfectly timed for me to listen to your words of affirmations. My aunt is in hospice, and has only days left of this life. I can look at my life all the obstacles around me as weights that keep piling up. Or I can show myself and other compassion, and open my heart to opportunity for expanding connection with my loved ones right now. There is power in the experience of living life through the ups and downs and major challenges with understanding, and compassion.

  • meditation is about going beyond mind...the more focused on mind issues you are the more confused u will be...when your kundalini shakti is rising up thru crown every day u are a manifestation of infinite essence not limited mind...the path of freedom has nothing to do with feeding your mind what it wants...its about letting the mind die off by taking no action to do what it wants and releasing all desires or attachments or addictions..as u become freer your mind will attack u in various ways by getting u into some misunderstanding or minor accident...it will sabotage your freedom by causing drama in the hope of getting u to fall back into duality and ongoing issues so the mind has more info to continue feeding on...basically when u let it die off it may try to get u get killed...this is why those who go very high live away from people and have little or no dealings with them... mixing desires with meditation is confusion...just 2 ways to live life...holding on for more attachment & suffering or letting go for more peace & moving towards the end of suffering (non returner...buddhahood) statement of the evolved human I don't want to be in this world... I don't want anything... I don't want what people have... I have no interest in the human animal... it is trouble... my delight is to be away from people and to sit in thoughtless blissful meditation... my freedom is the nothingness of infinite essence containing everything which is essentially nothing
