  • For reference, the incline is at about 6500 feet and 2000 foot vertical gain. The course record is 17 minutes. Kokohead on Oahu is about 1000 foot vertical gain. Course record is around 10 minutes. 2000 feet is a good hill but pretty short workout. Awesome to see him go with his family.

    • Evans Stevenson I disagree I love boxing but with the gloves u really don’t get that the fight can end at any moment that u have in mma, mma is tense throughout the whole fight boxing is more of a accumulating beat down, I prefer mma cus there are so many opportunities and room for creativity that’s only being tapped in to boxing is basically already done in progress it’s the sweet science
