There isn't a player that is more valuable to his team than Lamar. He may not have the best stats (although they are really good), but he embodies what an MVP is.

Lamar is great, i thought he deserved mvp this season because of the progressions he has made as a passer, i know stats are brought up but i prefer lamars, even as a passer lamar had 24 tds to 13 total tovs compared to allen who had 29 tds 22 total tovs, but i saw lamar torch my lions through the air this year , he's definitely got underrated arm strength and he made good teams look bad this season good job lamar.

As a diehard Ravens fan, I am glad he won the MVP but deeply butthurt and disappointed at his performance in the AFC championship. In the 2nd half, the Ravens defense held the Chiefs to ZERO points. As they helped out defensively, the offense (mainly Lamar Jackson) played like straight garbage. I wish he at least went to the SB to get an experience or his first ring, but he was still phenomenal this season.

Lamar 2023: 67.2% comp 3,678 yards 8.0 avg yards per throw 24 TD 7 INT 64.7 QBR . 821 yds rushing 5.5 avg per rush 2 fumbles lost. Note: his defense gave up 120+ less points. 2015 bills were a run first team. Kinda scary how close his #s were to a career backup and he was unanimous MVP despite Allen having 15 more TDS and more passing yards and similar rushing . But alas we all know mccaffery was the true 2023 MVP
Lamar didn't play in the 4th quarter of like 4 games because they were blowouts and didn't play in week 18 because they had the #1 seed locked up already. He could've easily been the first player ever to have 4,000 pass yards and 1,000 rush yards in the same season with 30 plus TDs. Stop looking at numbers and actually watch the games and you'd see why Lamar was MVP.

Peeps want to dig on Allen & Burrow, but LJ has yet to get beyond Mahomes, Allen or Burrow in the playoffs, let alone stay healthy or provide an adequate passing attack that can give KC a run for its $. @fredhose9203 13-3 as a starter. Almost 5000 total yards. 3-1 TD/INT ratio. 68% completions. Most importantly, his peers- players and coaches- say he's the best player in the league.

one thing i hate that lamar does it take pointless hits for a yard a two its plenty of times he could have just gave up or ran out of bounds and instead took hits .. he doesnt understand he is playing the most important position on the team and needs to be healthy and smart at the same time i dont see mahomes taking these meaningless hits
