MAGICAL SCOTLAND: WE SAW THE HOGWARTS EXPRESS IN THE SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS// Hello lovely bunch, Today we are sharing the magical beauty of the Scottish Highlands. We start with Glenfinnan Viaduct where we filmed the Jacobite Steam Train. West Coast Railways provided the steam engine and carriages for the Hogwarts Express in Harry Potter and it was absolutely magical to see how the train crossed the viaduct. We highly recommend the experience and hopefully next time we can ride on the train. Of course we also went to the famous Glencoe where they filmed James Bond with Daniel Craig.
The Scottish Highlands are out of this world so we took this opportunity to film some of the places we think are a must see. Hope you like this video. Kirsten & Joerg xx

My high school English Literature teacher spent a year in Scotland as an exchange teacher. Every other Friday he would show slides of his various adventures. I was completely smitten and vowed I would go to Scotland one day. Well, I’m approaching my 50th anniversary of high school graduation so I’d best get moving on that! Thank you for the short film, it brought a lot of my great memories from Scotland. The small castle in the background, on a tidal islet on Loch Laich is the Stalker Castle. It is very famous for Monty Python and the Holy Grail. So you accidentally introduced us to a famous movie spot again. :) Yes, I am convinced again that Scotland is one of the most beautiful country in the world. I’ve been there a dozen times, but it’s never enough. Thank you so much for the experience!
Beautiful footage. The Falls of Orchy remind me of a cross country driving trip, when we stopped in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Hel-lo, there really ARE falls there (who knew? (-: ), basically right in the middle of town, so we stopped and checked it out. Anyway, you make me yearn to visit Scotland (and I have Scottish ancestry as well)!

I adore Scotland. Myself and my now ex husband did a 3 week tour of Scotland several years ago. He was terrified of flying so our joint holidays were often in the mainland or Northern Ireland were we live or the Republic of Ireland. Out of all the foreign holidays I've had over the years, nothing has beaten my holiday touring around Scotland. It is such a magical place once you move away from the cities and large towns. My favourite spot was Pitlochry, such a beautiful spot and a rather tasty distillery. However anywhere up around the Highlands is just breathtaking. Thank you bringing back those wonderful memories xx

I was lucky enough to visit Scotland for a month in August of 1995. I fell in love with Scotland! I live in the USA and am one quarter Cherokee and three quarters Scots. I think everyone in the world should see Scotland and Alaska. Such beauty! Love the drone shots!
Scotland is beautiful, the more North you go you will see lakes, mountains and very wild and raw places the South is generally more flat....no wonder the queen loved Balmoral. Can't stop watching your videos you are very informative and interesting to watch.
