My cat didn't want to eat for a week. She was in a hospital getting fluid and lost a lot of weight. After a week of trying to put food in here mouth we came to the idea to blend her wet chicken and give it to her with a pipe in her mouth. First day she didn't like it but let it happen. After one day she liked it and after not even 2 days she is liking the shredded food from a spoon with the need for the pipe. Give it a try! @@GhostOdyssey we are using a syringe with the smaller end part broken off, you can kind of push the food in their mouths while they lick at it. I know it’s a month later, hope all is well.

Super grateful for this video and all the advice. I have 2 incredibly fussy Arabian Mau rescues I adopted from the UAE 6 months ago and tried everything to get them to eat properly. In the end the fortiflora powder was the miracle I needed, it’s expensive but worth every penny to see them enjoying their meals and they now seem more relaxed too, not to mention not having to waste so much money on uneaten food. My cat is literally so picky! From the first day we got her she refused to eat for 3 days (we took her to the vet nothing was wrong.) She goes on hunger strike all the time. She hates seafood and wouldn’t eat it without having dry food on top. Now she’s refusing to eat her favorite foods without cat soup on it. She isn’t even eating her favorite dry food

Omg I have that same problem! The only food she likes is chicken or chicken broth and that was all she would eat. But now she has developed a food allergy I think to chicken of any kind. I am trying to get her to eat other foods to stop her excessive scratching and grooming with hair loss and need her to take medicine with food

Very interesting and informative video! I never got why some animal protectors would ask for particular brand and flavor of cat food when asking for donations, since I never had a picky eater cat and never really realized that this might be a thing... until my pets' vet pointed out that she was amazed about how Kitty eats such a wide variety of foods, and how uncommon that was! I adopted her when she was 3 months old, and my cat loving dog Gringo was 5 years old, and when giving the dog food and treats, I usually offer her some too (after researching if it was safe, of course!)... so other than her everyday dry cat food, Kitty also loves wet food (it's her special treat), and also eats cat snacks, some dog treats (when she manages to sneak a bite from Gringo), egg whites, cooked pumpkin and some eventual unflavored popcorn

Great video and great advice! I'll try some of them. I sometimes think my cat has ADD (if its even possibly in cats..), she has a problem concentrating, especially when eating lol. Like she does eat multiple times a day but for a very short amount of time and she'll run away as soon as she sees or hear something interesting. She LOVE and LIVES to play, she is extremely curious. But she eats almost only dry food though I always have wet food available, and I'd prefer her diet to contain of mostly wet food. I do have noticed she does eat wet food if it's room tempered. I have also noticed from this video that my cat is a social eater, she'll run to the food bowl after her daily cuddle. But yeah, I'll defenitely try not having the bowls out the whole day but offer wet food at certain times. 🐈⬛

I recently picked up a cat from a person who didn’t have time to care of him and it’s really sad cause he’s really skinny and it’s been a nonstop battle I’ve gotten him probiotics for his gut bacteria and some calming vitamins to reduce his stress from being moved I’m working to get him dewormed just in case he has worms that are making eating for him uncomfortable this video is a massive help considering this is my first time nurturing a cat back to health

So far my vet is giving her mirtazanpine every other day, but as it is an antidepressant I’m afraid she becomes addicted. I enjoyed your suggestions. One of my Maine Coon cats is under weight. She got a fur ball and threw it up it seems since then she has tummy issues. She actually burps after she eats. What do you recommend? She is a very picky eater. She seems to really liked cooked shrimp.
Thanks Dr Alex. Our cat was in the pets hospital with hepatitis caused by IBD, and has lost a lot of weight. He has been put on an exclusion diet with lots of new foods and none of his old food. He has good days and bad days with eating, but he is still skinny and for the last two days he's hardly touched a thing. We are definitely guilty of putting things constantly in front of him, desperate that he will will eat, so we will stop that. The thing is he is patrolling for tidbits, and licking human plates if he gets to them before us, but just won't touch his various foods that we put down. Anyway, lots of good tips here (we'd already found the parmesan one which has been pretty good). Fingers crossed...
I hope he picks up soon. I always say there is no point in the perfect diet being in the food bowl and not the cat so if he continues to not really eat the "proper" diet reach out to your vet about alternative diets or feeding strategies

My feral cat had to have a stomach op due to a blockage and was being very sick a few days prior to the op and stopped eating, she is refusing any food by herself (day 7 today), I always feed on a flat plate since she was a kitten. I’ve tried all food and different textures, I’ve tried wiping some food on her nose so she licks in and then put a bowl in front of her and I leave but she refuses to eat as I believe she is associating food with being sick and the scary vet visit. By taking her back to the vets to be force fed will just make it worse as she will not eat by her self once she’s back home with me due to her being feral and only trusting me but it takes her a long time to come out of hiding after a scary event happens or feeling unwell. I’m worried as she isn’t eating by herself, not sure how to get her to eat as I’ve tried all these tips :(

My cat has been very good about eating, but they changed the formula of his food. I tried a bunch of different new foods and he would turn his nose up. I knew he was hungry. Finally I took some new food put some in his mouth, then he licked the rest off my finger. He finally ate the new food. He would smell that the food wasn't the same so wouldn't even try it. Once I forced a tiny bit in his mouth he realized he did like it.

How about a cat that we've adopted at the shelter. She is really fussy. Last night she ate her kibble in the middle of the night that we had set out (didn't want her to go hungry). When we give her a high quality wet food.....she eats a few bites, then pretends to bury it into the floor, then loses interest quickly. Granted it's only been a couple days, but we really want to see her eating more than what we've seen with the wet food. Usually just giving her a teaspoon of food cut up on a plate. on top of that we have our dog....who is hovering off just waiting to polish off what she doesn't want (we don't let her, haha)
Be patient. Going to a new home is super stressful and it will take some time to settle in
@@OurPetsHealth go figure....I went to the grocery store this morning and picked up a couple cans of the "cheap" food.....she's already gobbled down a couple teaspoon sized portions (morning and evening) already. I suspected that her previous owner probably fed her the cheap patte stuff.....did the trick.
Love your channel. My friend's cat stopped eating after a vet administered ear cleaning caused an inner ear infection. She has been on all of the expected meds for this, but has been put on a feeding tube at the point and has not eaten on her own in a month. He has taken her to a specialist and done all the blood work. Any ideas? Have you ever seen this?
Hi Criss, I'm sorry to hear about your friends cat. It certainly doesn't sound like anything I've come across. Ear infections can result in a vertigo-type situation, causing nausia which can stop eating but I imagine this will have been addressed. I'm not really sure what else to suggest based on your description I'm afraid other than to check if something like a mertazepine appetite stimulant has been tried (again, I imagine it will have been if felt appropriate by the specialist)

My cat wasn’t fussy. He ate dry food, wet food, cooked fish, liver and meat. Over the past 2 days he seems to only want strong smelling food like freshly boiled liver. The problem is I can’t give him too much liver. Even with wet food he will only eat a little from a newly opened pack but loses interest fast. He has no symptoms of congestion or any illness. What could be wrong?
My kitten is 8 weeks- and is refusing to eat. He ate some food the first and second day I got him. He loves his Whiskas milk. The previous owner fed him and his siblings Whiskas food, which I have not tried feeding him yet. I also want to get him started on a Raw diet, someday.
Oh my goodness I'm In the same boat right now, my I got my kitten on Saturday 9th. And he is not eating at all. I tried putting Tuna Water (Canned Tuna in water) over his meat and he has eaten it but I put his pouch down this morning and he wouldn't eat it at all.

Ive already tried most of these. Sometimes my cat will eat and sometimes she wont. I cant afford expensive food but I'm doing my best. Shes 15 now and man sometimes I get so depressed and scared for her. My other cat is a few years younger and also has issues eating. She will throw up if she eats more than 12-15 pieces of hard food at a time so I have to manually feed her every 30-45 minutes. This sh1t is so hard but I love them so much. 😢

My cat has worried me since then first day I got him and everyday I worry. I had to take him to a vet when I first got him 2x to get rid of worms. Then I had him fixed. He doesn't eat alot and he's so tiny and thin . I've had him for 4 years now and he hasn't changed one bit. I feel like he gets hair balls in his stomach and it blocks his stomach up and I can't figure out what to give him to get rid of the hair balls, whenever he does puke them up, he seems to look happier. I kinda feel lost and I feel bad for the little guy. He'll only eat one specific dry food and he'll only eat yellow temptations he'll eat grass and plants , but that's it.

my cat is not supposed to eat dry food. He was a rescue and we got him when he was about 5 months hes current 8 months and our vet advised that a medical problem may have been caused by us feeding dry food. he was getting wet food twice a day with dry food in-between before this as this is what he was fed at his foster home but he stopped eating his wet food almost entirely so we swapped brands a few times and he didnt eat any of them so our vet told us due to medical (we were told he could get liver issues easily) he shouldn't be eating dry food any way so we reduced it slowly eventually stopping all together hoping it would lead to him eating the wet food but sadly it has not. Our vet told us to just keep trying different brands until we find one he likes but at this point we are running out of brands to try. we are also trying toppings on his food but he will dig around for them and not actually eat the food itself. His teeth are fine, hes taking a normal amount of poos, hes playing and cuddly just like normal ECT its just that he only seems to want to eat the dry food and toppings. He is fed on a flat round ceramic dish. we are at a loss TBH.

I came to KZhead because my very scared and angry foster kitty (given up by her owners after 6 years) hadn't eaten for about 30 hours and I needed some inspiration/education on how to get food into her without me dying, and then you said "don't let them NOT eat for more than 24 hrs or risk hepatic acidosis" so I decided I would just need to risk life and limb and syringe feed her some A/D. It's not like she was just an angry feral cat that was hungry that I could feed on a makeshift long handled spoon... she is shut down and could not muster up a desire to eat, even though some offerings were the food of hers that her former family brought. That attempt to syringe feed did not go well, I thought she was going to break a limb swatting at the large feeding syringe I was trying to get her to smell and take on her own. So, here's your trick #14: I DID manage to wipe a small bead of some food on her arm. You know a cat can't bear to have food smudged on their fur, so after she ran off and hid in the shower, I saw her grooming her arm. That gave her a taste of SOMETHING in her mouth, and then about 5 minutes later I spied her on the camera eating her dry food for almost a minute. I do that trick with kittens who are my usual fosters... just wipe some food into their mouth, and that usually gets them past whatever fear or apprehension they have, and then they'll start eating right away. Poor Holly isn't out of the woods yet, but I at least feel better she has a few mouthfuls of food in her tummy. I know she just needs time to relax.... but to also not get sick in the process.
Holly has been eating perfectly, no coercion needed. But she still has emotional issues... working to gain her trust slowly.
3 months later and Holly is like a different cat. Within reason (I mean, she's still a cat) I can pet her, hold her, feed her treats out of my hand, kiss her forehead AND she has been adopted and will go to her new home in a week!

@@michelefair1577 Have they given your cat sub Q fluids with B vitamins? The electrolytes and the B vitamins can often help with appetite and just feeling better in general.
I'm going to try this! Adopted a 1yr old that's been at a "rescue" where he was in a cage for 8 months. He's on day 2 of not eating. He's drinking because I'm clearing urine clumps from the litter. I bought the same food he was fed. I laid a few kitty treats on the floor near him. I tried a small piece of chicken. He left all of it just sit there. I haven't seen him clean himself, so don't know if it'll work, but it's the best advice I've come across. I'm only finding videos on the subject that are related to sick, picky, or already established cats. I need to feed a new cat that's scared and doesn't trust me yet.
If your cat is sick give your cat food with a syringe. Mix the wet food with a little water in a nutribullet. If you cat hasn’t eaten for 1 days rush to the vet first.
Hello! Ik this is quite late but I'm really hoping you'd reply I'm very desperate. My cat hasn't been eating her favourite dry food since 2 days now. I tried switching foods she still wouldn't eat however she drinks water and is quite active and plays. I went to the vet and they examined her and we did a blood test and they said there's nothing they can find. I bought wet food for her she ate a bit if it but isn't eating anymore. I just recently fostered/adopted 2 Bengal cats and I hope this helps we haven’t been able to get the female to eat and we have even separated the male and her and let her try and eat alone in a room and she still won’t. The owner told us they had them on kibble their 13+ years of life and the male eats it just fine and the female we have tried to mix the wet and dry and then just the wet also and we can’t get her to take anything down

My Molly who's turning 7 in 2 months, was a huge foodie and was so hooked into dried food until... she stopped touching it recently. I've been struggling to feed her for these past 3 days and I'm finding it hard to understand whether if this is simply a loss of appetite, or a hunger strike or if she has grown fed up of the dry food dad keeps getting for her. Despite her sudden loss of appetite, she's drinking water regularly and is using her litter often. Should I change the brand of the catfood? Should I switch her diet from dry food to wet/boiled/raw food? Should I seek for the vet's help if she continues to refrain from touching her food for weeks? Her twin sister, my Ellie, who's also turning 7 in 2 months, suffered from the same issue for weeks but now eats a small portion of the dry cat food only if she gets too hungry. Like Molly, Ellie too drinks water regularly and uses her litter often. I was frantically worried about Ellie for weeks and now, I'm frantically worried about Molly. Like me, they both also... suffer from depression as well.

My new cat hasn’t eaten in 2 days :( the only thing he likes is McDonald’s fries 🤔 he ate half of one but then took them away because thought it would be bad for him, tried like 5 makes of cat food and fresh chicken but no luck!
My cat Dobby is an incredibly fussy eater. We hand readers him from just a few days old, it was a nightmare to wean him from milk onto pediatric and then from pediatric onto gastrointestinal, the only way we were able to do that is because he had his castrate so when he came round from anesthesic he instantly tucked into the gastro. Since then he has been on that ever since and refused ANYTHING that smells different in any way. He won't eat cat treats, human food, nothing expect royal canin gastro food. We have hit a problem as that formula has just changed, and he is refusing it. He went on a 35 hour starve recently until we managed to source some of the old batch that he was use to, we offered it and instantly he ate it. We only have 10 days left of that food and then we have nothing. I tried to add 1 tiny bit of new food which smelt very similar, placed it at the bottom on the pile of normal food, he refused to eat it. To reiterate how fussy he is, if his bowl is too clean he won't eat, if his food mat is dirty he won't eat. He won't even eat next to a bowl of food that smells different, he won't eat his normal food. I am of course concerned what this means when we run out. I have considered an appetite stimulant but I'm worried that will just make him even more hungry than he already is because it's not that he's unwell or doesn't have an appetite it's just he is so fussy. At the moment it's looking increasingly like we will have to syringe feed him recovery a/d food just to get him to eat. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!!
This sounds like a really tricky situation. Has Dobby ever been in a cattery or had to stay at the vet clinic as either of them may have some valuable tips about how they got him to eat there. I wonder how much of his behavior is due to location and people involved. A prolonged 35 hour starve is certainly not healthy and can in fact be very dangerous (especially for overweight cats). It doesn't sound like appetite stimulants will make much difference given he seemed really hungry, but equally they won't do any harm in the short term and may be the intervention that flicks the eating switch so to speak. I'd suggest talking to your vet about this and also considering getting a cat behaviorist involved - especially if you have one locally who can visit your home (a video consult would be an alternative and Ingrid here is great - www.fundamentallyfeline.com/services/consulting/)
@@OurPetsHealth he has been in a cattery, I worked in a cattery where he came into so he came to work with me everyday untill he was about 6 months old, but he was on gastro then, similarly when he went into hospital for a short stay when he had issues with his gut (he has feline corona virus) but again, they fed him gastro. So he's never been in a situation and neither have we where he has had to eat anything else. We have tried putting new food in a different bowl right next to a bowl of his normal food and he won't eat his normal food because he can smell the new food. Thank you for your advice though! I think it likely could be a behavioral issue, he was hand reared as I mentioned from about 2 days old and I think he just doesnt know how to be a cat. We have two other cats which eat normal cat food but he hasn't learnt anything from them. He won't even eat normal cat treats, or any human food which usually other cats can't resist! I may have to try a behaviorist or a video consultation vet, as typically he's also an extreme care when he's at the vets too! Thank you again! I really do appreciate your reply! :)
My 7 year old male vomited last Thursday and has refused to eat or drink since. 2 trips to the vet and all they’re saying is there’s swelling in 1 kidney, not “terrible” swelling, and they’re finding nothing else to explain why he’s refusing food and drink. I’ve been rubbing an appetite stimulant into his ear and offering the smelliest food, he turns his head and then hides again. Today is day 8. They’ve done 2 subcutaneous injections, no change. I know you haven’t seen him and all I can say is there was literally no findings on blood work, X-ray, exams, no fever. I’m heartbroken and haven’t slept this whole time, he’s been my greeter, my buddy, my love and I can’t stand the thought of loosing him and watching him suffer is killing me. I’m disabled, I’ve borrowed $900 to pay the vets and have $200 left and all I can think is do I take him back or save it to God forbid put him down if this goes on a few more days. He’s still refusing food and drink and yes, I’m actually taking him to a third vet in the hopes he can be saved or, at a minimum, made comfortable in case, God forbid, I have to make the ultimate decision. I just adopted a cat and she is the most unique cat I've ever had. One of her things is, she only drinks the gravy of the canned food. Sometimes she eats the dry food but only as a last resort (I give her half in AM and half in PM) but she is very very skinny so I know she is not eating enough. She is always hungry and eats as soon as I give her the food so I know she wants to eat. I always keep the dry food out but she barely eats it.

I have a female cat 7 years old that I adopted from an animal shelter with severe gingivitis and now has only 4 upper back teeth. I have tried different wet caned cat food that she liked for a short time and now is not interested in. Is there something I can make at home? I think because she has almost no teeth is the problem. Her Vet said cats don't need teeth. Should I have her remining teeth removed?
My cat is grieving the loss of its companion cat, who we had to put down yesterday. The sick cat was at the vet's since Monday though, and today is Friday, and he hasn't eaten basically since she went to the vet. (4.5 to 5 days). We took him to the vet Wednesday and they examined him and sent him home. I'm at my wit's end. I got a large syringe today and I think I'm reduced to force feeding him this weekend. We've tried wet food, cat treats, fresh cooked fish, tinned chicken, probiotic sprinkles... he ate 8 Temptations cat treats yesterday and that's been it.
I hope he's doing better now. If not give your vet a call as another plan is definitely needed
I got a kitten recently. 3 months old he never ate anything. He ate dry food by the previous owners but he woundnt eat the dry food the owners gave us. So i tried using the can food. I had to take a spoon and spoonfeed him. He didnt eat tho he just licked the sauce. So ive decided to mix the dry food with wet if he doesnt eat that idk what ill do.

We have two cats born together, male and female sterilized. they are 16 years old the male stopped eating for nearly 3 days took him to the vets who said he was not eating for a further two days, gave him antibiotics and appitite enhancers now weighs 2.9kg very ill, the girl has stopped eating so we force feed her with syringe, not nice but she would have died, she weighs 4.9kg. I think maybe they have come to end of life? Not fussy?

One of my two 6 month old kittens hardly eats kitten food wet or dry. She will eat adult cat food when I give her it once or twice a week. Give her a bit of soft fish or chicken now and then and she will eat that. Tried 4 different brands of food. She will nibble at it but never a full meal. I have wide ,raised cat bowls. Tried not feeding her for 8 hours a couple of times and it makes no difference. She is an active healthy kitten. Only issue is how picky she is. Had a great appetite til she was around 4 months old. Not sure where to go from here.

Measure dry for the day, or serve meals, only free feed if you have a long day out or company visiting makes the cat have to sneak in a meal when the coast is clear. You have to know how much or not each pet is eating. Per vet served meals are better for their digestive tract. Here’s two examples you may connect. Neither cat is overweight, They eat Nature’s Logic and N&D dry. Cat #1 Nature’s Logic wet chows inspite of dental. The “smell of her breath” told me vet time, yes a tooth. Cat #2 chowed aside intestinal upset and vomiting. Couldn’t get her to eat anything but the cheap wet the shelter used. Seeing the carrier, missed the vet appt. Dr. Mom decided to pull her off the wet food. Bingo! Having allergies adds another dynamic to food choices. She didn’t get any wet for a month. Learned if you don’t buy quality nutrient dense foods, the budget friendly use flavorings and salt to make food irresistible. Pulling my cat off the wet worked to her favor feeling better and mine not snubbing food for flavors she would be looking for. The boutique pet stores carry more of the quality foods, they suggested taking a few cans of best sellers and with allergies, we selected from highly digestible choices. It worked! Another trick they had was goat milk powder. I didn’t need it. Safe, a healthy probiotic for both cats & dogs, cats are attracted to milk. Can be served as a treat to increase hydration. Note: some kitten food has milk which they can tolerate adults can’t and the milk might be why you’re having trouble switching. Try the goat powder with the adult food. Lastly, our indoor cats might get bored. They can sleep up to 22 hours a day,,a 9lb cat doesn’t need much. My opinion, if they’re not overweight, buttery soft fur with a sheen, clear sinuses, bright clear eyes, no breath or ear odor and all looks normal in the kitty box, very good signs there’s nothing to worry about. Our animals are the size of small children and cats are infant size. These tiny organs can get in trouble quickly. I always say vets are like pediatrics, they’re patients can’t tell them and if something goes wrong, it’s going to happen quickly.

Please help me. My cat who's like a year old won't eat anymore. She used to eat well and was really fit but now she's so thin. We can't afford to go to the vet. My kitten seems to have a lazy tongue. I have to push the food around into a pyramid so It can lift it up..if i let it eat on its own it gets fed up with not being able to pick up the food that it stops eating....its very skinny. Do kittens have tongue issues?
My 8 month old cat stopped eating and drinking water all of a sudden. After two days I started giving him water and chicken broth with a dropper. And I fed him with my finger but he was not interested. I took him to the vet. They ran blood work and checked all his organs, they hydrated him. me too she is 1.5 yrs old would eat anything as a kitten i have tried 50-60+ wet/dry foods and she just wants temptation treats so i got some squeeze ups too now she wants those more. i tried tuna, chicken, turkey she doesnt want human food either. i dont think those treats have the nutrition in them they need. so had to get a supplement in a tube to give her. i think im gonna put her squeeze up on some dry food see if she will try it

Now she refuses to touch her food unless there’s a lot of the purée in her food. I don’t want to give her so many because they are not the healthiest treats. They have some chemicals. I tried healthier purées but no. Temptations only 😭😭 i read that they are addictive to cats 😭

Once I knew the problem was due to her addiction to temptation treats, I returned and/or threw away all the uneaten treats and stopped her cold turkey. It took about 36 hours for her to get hungry for her cat food again. Then I put her on an eating schedule and fed her every 5 hrs, then every 4 hrs, then every 3 hrs and she ate 5 times a day. I fed her more often if she seemed hungrier. I started this almost 2 weeks ago and so far so good! She’s like a brand new kitty! She’s playful again and has energy and being affectionate again. She even runs to eat when I’m about to feed her. So long story short, throw away all treats especially temptation treats because they’re not good for cats AT ALL! I even heard they’re so toxic that it would kill some cats. My cat was starting to turn for the bad but luckily I got it out of her in time. My cat likes actually cooked meat, so I decided to make him cooked chicken breast in water with no spices whatsoever. He ravishes it even after one year and it’s totally helathy for him. I also give him cooked eggs and Greek yogurt sometimes and our vetenerian said that he’s one of the healthiest cats he’s ever treated
My cat is 5 months and l work from home , but days when away most of day l would like if he ate cat biscuits. My cat is not eating enough calories. That’s what I’m concerned about. She’s eating maybe around 150 calories. She’s 8m old. I think an 8m old should be eating about 250. The vet checked her and said she’s looking healthy. I’m keeping tabs on her weight as well, and it has not decreased. As an 8m she weighs close to 10 lbs, 9.5. I have her eating smaller meals throughout a 24hr period. It doesn’t add up unfortunately. If I give her half a can she won’t eat it. But if I give her 1/4 of it she will 🥲🥲

You might want to try switching foods, my cat also gets bored of the same food after a while. I'm not sure if this is the case with your cat, but you can try buying small packets of new food first to see if your cat will eat. Hope this helps 🙏

Dog food doesn't have the taurine in it that is vital for a cat to stay healthy. Also, dog food often has fruits and vegetables, which are not biologically appropriate for cats who are obligate carnivores. A little bit for a little while is better than nothing though.

All cats are different so I don’t know about ur cat. Some cats would eat chicken everyday(which I do not recommend) but my point is that some cats prefer a more simple feeding routine. And would rather eat only one thing for example. But my cat loves a more variety and commercial cat food.Try giving your cat other options to eat. My cat would eat chicken or fish for a long time then get bored of it. The food he doesn’t get bored from is commercial cat food especially wet food he goes crazy for whatever commercial wet food. Maybe ur kitten is scared or new to ur home? U need to know why he’s hiding and remove his hiding spots. U cannot say she never plays bc ALL cats will play. u need to know how she likes to play. It’s not ok if u just throw a ball and expect her to go crazy at it. Cat owners need to be patient and spend a lot of time with their cats. PLAY everyday Even if a cat looks right and left during play time That’s still playing
