  • Evan Peters will win every award available. His portrayal of Jeff Dahmer is surreal because it feels so real. As the horror story unfolds you have to keep reminding yourself that this really happened and the Police were really that bad in not getting Dahmer many years earlier. This series is like a bolt-on to Mindhunter, but way more graphic.

It takes a mental toll to take on someone who portrays a serial killer that committed dark crimes. The fact that he said we are not giving Dahmer’s POV says a lot and respect to the families; Evan Peters is a treasure

    • I love Evan but what the hell is he talking about here? Dahmer said on multiple occasions that he picked his victims based on what he was attracted to and he just so happens to be attracted to black guys the most. Why does everything have to be about race in America? They even made out like Glenda was some important character when she wasn’t even his neighbour in real life and never heard or saw the things they claim in the show. Just more race baiting in Hollywood again..😞

    • I'm not an actor but that's also how I've learned to judge acting. Do I see them as the character or as an actor playing a role. I 100% believed he was dahmer and even had to turn this show off a bunch of times. And I can handle a lot in terms of horror/gore/etc. This was just legitimately disturbing and he did an amazing job telling a very difficult story.

  • Evan peters deserves every award that he could possibly win for his portrayal of Jeffrey Dahmer on the show. He portrayed someone who was so mentally and honestly, physically unable to be a normal human man. He had to get into the psyche of someone who viewed people that he had brought home from clubs or bars, while he was blackout drunk as victims and tortured and possibly consume them, and that is something that I would think, would be hard for any actor to “digest“. The fact that Evan could get into that mindset and is acknowledging the fact that it was something that was incredibly hard to do is exactly the reason why he is such an incredible actor. He always dives straight into every role he has ever had in anything. He is incredible in every single thing that he has ever portrayed and this is the first time that he has portrayed someone who is the actual human being that existed on this earth. Yes, every other person he has ever played as someone that was based on real people but not an actual person. And I think that makes him so diverse and how he can dive right into any rolls of his handed to him takes it on fully with no questions asked honestly. There aren’t many actors out there that are like him. I wish him all of the awards he deserves everything. Free
