    @gedr7664@gedr76647 жыл бұрын
    • I would say, just practice a lot. I personally practiced it on flat ground and when I was comfortable I search different things to land on. Examples are on concrete, beach, sand om stone, gras. If you're comfortable with those things, search low obstacles and place a matras under it to be sure. From there on, practice a lot amd search different obstacles and hights ;)

    • Do you have slow momentum or is the move on itself slow? If it's the last thing, practice the move a lot in slow motion and try to do it faster and faster when you know every muscle you use during the thing ;) After that, just gain more and more momentum

      @realking2184@realking21847 жыл бұрын
    • +CManDoesSTUFF I haven't tried doing the backflip quite yet, but my friend said that to start off, if you're afraid, he did a backflip into a pool until he knew he could land on the water in perfect position, then transferred it to land. You could also try using a trampoline if you can, you can do the backflip while bouncing less and less until you can do it standing on the trampoline

      @Roman_Noodles@Roman_Noodles7 жыл бұрын
    • I can do it standing on a trampoline. The only reason I am afraid is because I almost got injured once and every time I am about to do it, that thought gets stuck in my head.

    @dbueno7858@dbueno78587 жыл бұрын
    • There are two factions of the art of movement, the freerunners/traceurs, and the trickers/breakdancers

      @PhoenixReg@PhoenixReg7 жыл бұрын
    • +The FireThorn13 personally i think its silly, freerunning and parkour are my main movements but i still dabble in break dancing and tricking they're all fun

      @dbueno7858@dbueno78587 жыл бұрын
    • ye I just comented on a redbull video showcasing tricking and I said how cool it whould be if they took freerunning tricks such as wall flips, palm flips etc into there movements. I said that trickers have Amazing momentum and that they could use it to make crazy new tricks involving freerunning, as a response he said: "parkour people only steal tricks from tricking". why cant the "flipping" Community just be one comunity with all the diffrent sports.

      @timelim6053@timelim60537 жыл бұрын
    • +Tim Åhman if they used obstacles like freerunners do that would be no different then freerunning with a tricking style, it's easier for freerunners to use tricking moves then for trickers to use freerunning moves without changing what they're doing, i don't think the sports need to combine, but we do need to be able to train together without problems about which is better
