Wow even you're dads good at parkour
If you keep landing on the surface and not getting fully around it, tuck more. It helps so much i've been practicing and found it is the tuck that is what gets you every time. Good luck :)
i wish i was your brother LoL
Your family is so cute!!! Its amazing you all pratice together. A family who flipps together stays together!
3:04 background mountain's from GTA 5.
I so get that for anyone who has played gta v
badass family
yeah man
***** Id say the "most badass family ever!"
Comrade Vitya Yep
Great tutorial. I'm going to have to practice these, now. It's awesome that you, your dad, and your bro all do parkour together.
Great tutorial! i liked how your dad was explaining his fear of being inverted and the key is to trust the pressure on the supporting hand and having a feel for the center of gravity, that's some very good advice in my opinion. And it's good to know your back is getting better.
These tutorials are great! I was just trying to do a palm spin when this video showed up. No backflips or anything like that, these thing are a great start
Just wanted to thank you for all your videos. I just managed to learn the palm spin, in addition to having learned a few other skills thanks to you. Keep the videos coming! :)
Thanks man! I this point I don't really know how long it will be, but I'm getting better so hopefully within a couple months.
Thank you for this, it was very helpful...I've self taught most of the moves I can do and watching videos like this helps me see small details that I am getting wrong.
Ronnie, you're seriously one of the best out there! Keep it up:)
You are training with your dad and brother?Thats great!!! Special shout out for your dad, it so nice to see someone training from older generation!
Pretty cool that your little brother and dad are doing parkour too. Nice tutorial, i going to try this.
I like hearing what mistakes were made or the worries that you had when you were learning so that others who are just learning can be aware of them and try to avoid them
Good demos, you all broke that down well. Thanks. :)
helped me a lot . thx man keep making parkour videos
I love these videos!!! Make more on low objects
Eyy, young Ronnie! I remember when this was a new video, Great video
If you can't do it just try to jump higher
i wish my father was more like urs :P
Ronnie , You're the Best :D I really like your tutorials :) Keep it up !
Yeah, the dash vault will probably be one of my next couple tutorials.
Yes, you need to invert more. I was having the same problem as you, I was even practicing on the same thing as you! I inverted more and found the palm spin easier. I also found that I could do it faster when I inverted more. Keep practicing, it took me 3 practices of 2 hours to finally pick it up. It's definitely worth the work though! It is super fun!
Yes! i've been waiting for this ever since i saw the post on facebook.
I love learning these parkor things.
Damn seeing that older dude do this is motivation enough for anyone to try this!
The most that i like of this channel is that is like a family channel... Awsome
Thanks for the tutorial, already knew how to do this but it never hurts to see how others do it! ^_^ How's your back doing, Ronnie?
I had trouble inverting myself and spinning all of the way around, so thats my only complaint. Good video :)
your dad inspiring me (because i'm 32, i was, affair you know. for do the parkour excellent tutorial (excuse my english please) i know is not so good! enjoy and God bless Parkour family!
GREAT! really good for beginners and advance as well :) thank you and your family for this :)

Nice man good job on vid!
Thanks so much ronnie your tutorials help alot! (:
Thanks, this really helps! Keep it up :D
Amazing family really love your dad he so friendly
Ronnie, I know its a BIG request for you, but i found the dive roll very impressive. Sadly though, it wasnt explained very thouroughly so i would love to see a video deticated to dive rolling! Thanks for your time, Jarret
You may want to build up the strength before doing it to many times. Something that helps is keeping more of you weight on the palm near the wrist rather then further out on the fingers.
THANKS DUDE
your father looks very proud of you keep up the good work
cool vid, I like how your bro and dad help with the vid while your back heals. and you can still do more stunts then me when you got a back injury. lol
Valeu! demais este tutorial.
So many people are in the hospital from watching your videos
very helpful!!! will use!!
dude your so awsome! just saw u on devinsupertramp's vids
So cool how the whole family does it!
Liked it even better with ur dad and brother in the tutorial
Man. I was in a parkour event yesterday. I felt bad I didn't have any tricks up my sleeves. Those dudes who have been practicing from 5 to 10 years were like...... Something you wouldn't see every day. I saw cool stuff. Felt a little sad for being so sloppy. The Obstecle course they took maximumly 34 secs to finish. With the wall runs and muscle ups. I took 1 minute. With failing to climb over both of the walls and not being able to vault over one of the Obstecles. I skipped because it was to high and I was too weak to keep going. It felt bad to be this slow. They didn't make fun of me though. They liked that I tried to keep going even when I became dizzy and I was just minutes away from going unconscious. They gave me lots of courage. The first few obstacles. I got over them quickly. The first vault i did a stylish spped vault.Got over the long gap with a nice stride into a stick then getting over the second Obstecle with a speed vault. A bit sloppy but it was quick. Then got over the little Obstecle by just jumping over them with no vaulting. Into striding perfectly on 3 pipes and after that. That's where it got sloppy. I will try practicing here by watching all the tricks I can learn and do and in the gym by trying harder until success.
i have a question if you still do tutorial videos can you shoe us how to like do all those amazing flips off walls trees etc. ?
Its like the parkour family!!XDKeep it up guys, you're awesome!!!;)
My back is progressing, I still got a while though before I am back in top shape.
can u give me any advice on how to kong over higher objects without clipping my feet as im quite tall at 6 ft 2
2:20 the glasses fall off
Thanks~It's really useful^^
hope your back is getting better soon =)
I have been practicing and when i try to turn as far as I can, i can only get 3/4 of it. Is there a technique to spin faster? Or easier? Ive been practicing on a picknick table, for example, when i get almost all the way around, my heels will hit the table on the way down. Do i need to invert more?
Do you think you could do a handspring tutorial? It isn't all that useful as far as I can tell but it is still pretty cool.
Thanks ronnie i just learned how to palm spin i just actually performed right now thanks btw sorry for my english im from philippines
I hope your back gets better
It will be down the road a little ways but I will definitely make a wall spin tutorial.
Could u use weights for this trick I've been practising and I have been falling a bit but it's working out just I don't have muscle strength.
Thx ronnie now I can palm spin
I got it right after watching your video, thanks! All I had to do was practice a few times and get over the fear of clipping. PS for people doing this with a mattress, the transition of height from the mattress to the floor is a bit disturbing, but it's easy to get over if you do it slowly with the mattress to see how exactly to do it then actually doing it with the floor.
Crud Muffin Nice picture.
Midnight Shadow Does Gaming You too bro. Is that your OC?
Crud Muffin Yes. I wrote a fan fiction series about him.
Midnight Shadow Does Gaming Interesting, I'm writing fimfic too, but I'm caught up with some stuff. Keep writing bro, stay awesome.
Crud Muffin The last one I wrote was yesterday and my OC died.
can you make a wall spin tutorial next?
Very cool Video like ervery other of your videos! Greetings from germany :)
In this move do u have top go upside down
what about your back injury? is it better?
Holy crap! They need to do a family parkour thing!
Yeah this move leads up to the wall spin.
This dude got his dad into parkour EFING AWESOME
Ronnie,is it necessary to strengthen my muscle(until I can pull myself up over the bar) before performing this spin?
well i would say that this spin doesnt have much to do (although it might a little bit) with the speed that you do it.
There's almost nothing in parkour that you need any strength for. You just need to know the technique behind everything, as long as you can run, you can do parkour.
could you do a tutorial on how to overcome the fear of doing a backflip on the ground? like if you can do it on a tramoline but are scared to do it on the ground.
Hey Ronnie, are you going to do an ac4 parlour in real life video with devinsupertramp?
Thanks, I will let them know!
hey guys. i used my left hand as my support hand and it sort of hurts everytime i turn .any suggestions ?
i lov ur tutos gwould u be my mentor
Epic, Thx Alot

Can you make a Dash Vault tutorial?
Where did you get the assassins creed costume?
will you do a backflip tutorial
I can do this, but sometimes I lose the courage to do it, do you have any solution?
btw, your tutorials are great
Keep an eye on your courage and make sure it doesn't run away on you, maybe buy one of those child harnesses from toys r us
Fear isn't stronger than you
We were going to do an ac4 video together, but because of my back injury I probably won't be able to.
