I don't know why, but when excersice came up, I half expected the parkourer to be backflipping on the treadmill lol. It would've been really funny but also really dangerous lol

most of the things you do are not parkour, what you do are acrobatics, parkour is jumping long or climbing things, parkour is getting up to or down from difficult places, of course. This is parkour. Obviously it does not mean that what you do does not have enormous merit.
