  • Ronnie, you still haven't done a tutorial on a parkour slide (if that's a thing) and some other vaults such as a thief vault, split vault, spinning vault, etc. You also haven't taught us how to horizontal wall run. Will you be doing a tutorial on these soon?

  • Definitely a move you should know in parkour I personally love this move a lot it's a very easy and simple way to start at doing vaults over obstacles and moving threw flow and Ronnie your that man and our sensei if I spelt that correctly 😎

  • I was practicing the safety vault on the back of my couch and I jumped down at such an angle that I twisted my ankle. Funny enough, that was the same ankle that I hurt this morning when I tripped over a log in the dark (I was late for school)

  • I may not be *doing* parkour a lot, but i'm making a game test with parkour This video inspired me to make up a variation of the safety vault i think you might like Basically it's a safety vault but your body is more vertical, and your leg doesn't come up and over the rail (or other object you vault over) until about when your hand and feet come off the rail, kinda like you're running off of the rail

    • I just hit my knee quite hard trying to do the safety vault on my non-dominant side, on a rather tall (for my level, i.e. about chest height ) rail. I ran a 5k just fine after that, but it has started swelling and hurting when I returned home. I hope it's gonna be ok, because having to stop doing parkour because of a safety vault would be quite embarrassing.

  • I live in a rural area and there’s almost nothing to practice on; I do have a propane tank, but that’s about it. Any suggestions? Edit: I mean for other parkour stunts, I can easily already do this on the propane tank.
