  • I like how Dan accepts that his analysis was a bit biased cause he just couldn't connect with Usman's style. How often to do you analyst do that? Most of them just leave the issue and forces a new topic. Also that Fedor reference was funny as hell.

    • Can't get them right every time. I was completely in agreement with Dan's breakdown before the fight. Thought Usmans's a very talented but ultimately safe fighter, who might not be able to handle pressure and skill on the feet and in grappling exchanges. I still think he'll only perform to just better than his opponent's level but you can't fault him for that really. The competition needs to improve. With this one though Burns showed that if you push him hard enough, he might just knock you tfo. He's shut a lot of people up, me included lol!

    • @@benalexander2104 In response to your second comment, I couldn't believe that he slept on Usman so much. The guy is incredible at making adjustments whether that's mental or physical. Not to mention the discipline he obtains, even the great mike Tyson himself notes that discipline is one of the greatest attributes a fighter can have, and without it he (Mike Tyson) wouldn't have been as dominant as he was. As for Usman and fighting safe, I mean its what gets you the win.If he's up 4 rounds why waste the 5th taking risks when you've put in the work already. Theres nothing wrong with being wise, it's the reason the Champ got as far as he did compared to a guy like dan (No offense dan you were great at what you did)... But why fight, and knowingly risk your health to lose? Lol idk that's just my opinion.

    • I get him everybody in MMA media following the same narrative and ignoring hard evidence. I see this all the time, the commentators say something, and now it's law, like Francis having bad take down defense (he got the same as Stipe 70%), Kamaru's striking is bad and that he will be submitted or Khabib will have a hard time taking Justin down in the open despite there being a lot of evidence of the opposite and so on. I see, commentators, fighters, media and fans regurgitating the same flawed lazy analyzis all the time and im not talking about a few mistakes. Don't forget they are getting paid to analyze, if I can see it they can.

    • @@uwotm8634 I agree the rematch would be better. I think Usman has listened to the criticism, and become a much more interesting fighter, whilst improving his game too. The best athletes always find a way to turn hatred and negativity into positive energy for themselves, like Ronaldo 😜
