Hamas has published a video showing the first proof of life of two more hostages being held in Gaza.
In undated footage filmed under duress, Omri Miran says he has been held for 202 days and Keith Siegel mentions this week's Passover holiday, indicating the clips were filmed recently.
Both were captured when Hamas launched its deadly attacks on 7 October.
Responding to the video, their families said they would keep fighting for the men's return.
They also urged the Israeli government to secure a new hostage release deal.
The new video comes as Hamas said it was studying Israel's latest proposal for a truce. Media reports said mediator Egypt had sent a delegation to Israel to give fresh impetus to stalled negotiations.

I don't believe that the problems are intractable, if ☮️ is finally the priority, amongst the majority of 'ordinary' people, within the middle east (or, at least, within the Occupied Palestine Territories/Israel). I believe that the ICC will be necessary, since the US has, so far (for decades), failed to require Israel to respect international law, as a condition of the billions of $$ of aid, that it has continued to give Israel, each year. I believe that it's governments and elites, who have had a vested interest in propagating the belief that there are unsolvable problems, which 'conveniently' make war and $$$ weapons sales seem like the only alternative. A number of battles in WWI finally fizzled out, when soldiers on both sides started 'refusing to fight' (often, because both 'sides' were getting sick and dying of influenza). Maybe, the combined CTD (Continuous Stress Disorder) on both the occupied and occupiers' 'sides' will finally push the will of all the PEOPLE to make ☮️ win?

Israel has made clear across successive administrations and ever accelerating expansion of settlements that it does not and will not accept a two state solution. Just a few months ago Netanyahu stated with full clarity that he will never allow a Palestinian state, a view that most Israelis share, according to polls. There is no longer a two state solution option. That illusion died with Rabin.

Another women, who was taken by Hamas on Oct.7 in that Kibbutz-situation, told that no one of Hamas was violent or loud to her and that most of the dead Israelis on the Kibbutz ground were shot by IDF-troops, even a panzer shooting with his primary weapon directly into the small Kibbutz house arrangements which caused huge and uncontrollable devastations.
