@@crgt4628 True, but how do you get a baby donkey to stop kicking? These folks just laugh about it, almost encouraging it. I know nothing about training donkeys, but if I had a little kicker, I would shout at it every time it kicked so it would know it did something wrong, instead of just laughing at it and telling her she is cute.
@@crgt4628 I'm sure they warn visitors... P.S. If you're so worried about it then just warn your children or go start a global awareness campaign against the abuse from our donkey overlords.

@@crgt4628 Now that I rewatched the video. She was only crazy kicking when she was a little baby. She grew out of it as she got older. She was kicking her little legs as she was learning how to use them. So cute.
Darla is a feisty little one who kicks because she can. Most baby animals are naughty sometimes. She is adorable and her Dad is good to her.

I love her drive by kicks and when she got the zoomies but still managed to give Daddy a drive by kick I dying🤣🤣. She must of had her sassy pants on.
The wife's laughter kept me laughing along with watching the antics. My parents had two mini-goats and one day I was out in the yard and bent over to pick up a chair and all of a sudden the mini-goat head butted me in the back of my knees. I couldn't help but laugh.
Personal experience tells me that it's not funny when a full grown normal size goat decides to use you to practise head butting. I had bruises for days and had fun sitting down. We used to have a herd of milking goats when I was a teenager. Only got caught that one time and learnt to keep my eye on our trouble maker who funnily enough had the name of "mouse" because she could sneak up like a mouse and make you squeak. She loved catching new people unawares even tho we pointed her out and warned them. She would be so quiet before and then get the equivalent of dog zoomies after she butted someone. We were her teenage entertainment I think. Blessings, Dot
I love watching Mom laugh at Dad the whole time and than laying with baby on top of her at the end. Thats what its all about. You guys are amazing!

That adorable lil' stinker is full of spunk and sass- just the way I like 'em. AND, think about it- being THAT danged adorable without really knowing it; that is true humility. Critters certainly make the world a lot more fun (along with so many other beneficial functions).

Hey, Scott. I was wondering about that very same thing. I would HOPE that she would adjust instinctively to know she could injure someone as she get older and more mature. But I don't really know. I truly hope that her adoptive parents will work on breaking that kicking habit quickly.

Amari clearly loves her mom and dad. She's just the practical JOKER of the family. If she had hands, she'd be the one who would unscrew the salt shaker lid so it would spill when used or slip a whoopie cushion under you when you sat down!

I visited my friend in VT and she brought me to her friend's house to visit their 2 horses. The horses were huge and super snuggly and affectionate. I had one on each side of me and they were leaning into me, it was so cute and sweet, but I was afraid I would be squished into a pancake between the 2 of them.
When I was a kid I was kicked by a calf in my knee..I am really lucky he was just a couple of days old and didn't dislocate my knee..I still had bad bruising from that kick...so yea I hope she stops kicking when she is older :D

You are lucky. When I was on holiday in India, I saw a dog harassing a cow in the street. The cow stood still while the dog was running around her barking. So I chased the dog away. The cow moved on, but chose to move towards me and one of her feet planted itself on mine. I wonder whether she was “blessing” me, or was telling me off for being a busybody.

The positioning of her 'laid back ears' normally indicates a bit of temperament. Yes, she's darling at this age, but that kinda of play can turn into unwelcome advances. If she's to be around people, especially kids, she's going to need to learn manners. Just like a naughty horse, you just need to work with them. They're extremely smart and can be a real fun addition to a horse farm. They're not solitary and need a lot of attention. A lot of them think themselves, big dogs! 🥴 Darling video! Made me smile! I had only seen the tik tok of the funny kicking. The drive-by was my favorite. It had me dying laughing. Then I saw this video. Made the situation even better. I love it. Donkeys are so funny. Glad she made it.

I’m conflicted because it seems like they’re letting her get away with too much to the point where she could become dangerous as an adult. Unfortunately that’s an issue with raising horses/donkeys. You have to remember they’re gonna get big enough to seriously injure or kill someone, so things that are cute right now (the kicking, laying on top of mom, coming up behind mom and grabbing her hair like that) can be dangerous later on. Though these people seem like they have a lot of donkeys and might be training her in a way that they just haven’t shown here. So I’m gonna just leave this as a warning for people that might be raising a donkey/horse for the first time, you can’t let behaviors like this go unchecked, it will spell disaster for you or the animal if you do.

@@cutestreetcats9561 actually feeding stray cats does nothing but make more stray cats, which are detrimental to local wildlife. The best way to help is to give them an INDOOR home, and get them fixed.
