  • Com esse belo vídeo, você nos mostra o magnifico trabalho desse torneiro mecânico. Ele demonstra muito profissionalismo sem se importar com a precariedade da sua oficina. Parece que suas peças viram verdadeiras obras de artes.

    • they work with ugly tools and methods, and still some people still buy from them, because they don't overcharge as they do from people who charge according to their expensive tools, and the fancy cars n homes they have to pay for, so the customer is paying for all your waste, they work hard long hours to just make end meet, be fortunate that not all work is not a monopoly, hey, i bought from them and the parts are still going strong, don't be so nasty, just let them live.

  • Well I'm just a hobby machinist but.. I was amazed by all the mistakes, terrible methods and industrial waste they use as tools.. most seem older than me, which is an achievement by itself.. And in the end, that excavator adapter to that poor tractor is just a big piece of junk, too. I mean, it is functioning. But how...

  • ▪Q: Why do you wear good-looking white clothes when you work in a dusty & dirty environment? ▪Q: Why do you wear sandles instead of protective boots or shoes when you're working around heavy equipment & parts? ▪Q: Why do you work on the dirty floor instead of on a work bench table? ▪Q: Why does your culture do so many things squatting close to the ground? Don't you guys enjoy sitting on chairs at tables? How do the elderly cope when they can no longer squat or sit on the ground? ▪Q: Why do you not wear a welding mask or any kind of protection from the ultra-violet light on your spot welder?! Do you not know that you are doing massive damage to your eyes by not wearing UV protection?!

    • Sir everything you said is correct ۔In our country there is heat and there is a lot of poverty. In our area, 45 to 50 degree Celsius is normal for 4 to 5 months. For this reason you cannot wear closed shoes ۔And because of incense sticks, no one can install it, the electricity rates are very high. And we don't have the voice to work on the banks, although it is wrong to sit down and work. And for welding we use black color. Rest, I am wholeheartedly thankful to you for watching all my videos. 💛🌷❤💗💙🌻🧡🌺💐🌼💜💚🌸

    • They work with what they have. From the shoes to the dusty shop the clothes and tools. There are machinists here in the US with a room full of equipment that can't build what they just did.

  • Whoever is doing the editing, why do you keep reversing the picture? I find it very annoying. Your over-driving the hydraulic pump quite a bit (4.5:1, 5:1 or higher?) using whats normally a reduction gear 'backwards'. PTO is probably spinning 1500-1800 rpm so pump spinning 6,750-9,000 rpm or more? It's probably why it's making so much noise, not just the gear mesh being too tight. Good job though with low tech, low precision it's surprising it works at all.

    • Sir, first of all I am sorry that you did not like the details of the video. Your Shukra Bazaar should be on the second number. Have you watched my video carefully? Sir, the tractor we have has an RPM of 600 to 700. This gear box that came was for tractors with high RPM. That's why we have increased the kindness of Gararis, now it is working fine on slow race. Diesel is so expensive in our country that you cannot afford it. ۔💗💜💚❤💛💙💙💙🌻💐🌼

      @manufacturingandrepairingskill@manufacturingandrepairingskill7 ай бұрын
    • @@manufacturingandrepairingskill OK, everything is less than half to one third of what I estimated. That lowers the pump speed to one third, 3,000 rpm isn't excessive. I've never worked with a Massey Ferguson (never actually worked on farm tractors) was basing things on construction equipment I have worked on. Diesel is expensive everywhere, (it's over a dollar-fifteen a litre here), it's just USA is a rich country with a lot of poor people

  • It's all so pointless................. This guy is probably unable to tie his own shoes, and he's using fire and sharp objects............. He needs to find some crayons, a coloring book, and to go sit in the corner somewhere..................................................... Try not to poke an eye out with those sharp crayons.
