Okay, now you NEED to make it possible for a household to be more than 8 sims. If Im going to have both horses, cats and dogs, I won't be able to have a family!!!!
You can download a mod that makes you have more that 8 sims

I'm willing to bet their will be a pets related update that separates cats and dogs from the household limit. EA updates the base game all the time to accommodate for new features in upcoming packs
Except they try to make it run on almost all devices, and more than 8 sims can be too laggy for some laptops

Since it's a mobile game expect to get _very_ little but pay a lot. It'll make Sims 4 look generous.

In some ways, its nice to have our expectations dampened from the beginning.
That awkward moment when you realize 9 years after initial game release that you completely forgot to pay attention to the franchise lore.
To be fair, Sims 4 wasn't the best with lore initially... which isn't a surprise considering how rushed the BG release was.
And you can finally read a book lying on the bed and cuddle with your partner like in all the other sims games ? I think they forgot...

I feel like having project Rene playable on phones is just inherently limiting. It will be a HUGE task to have mobile playability not impact pc players.
this. i want super-HQ texures, DLSS rendering, high-poly models and lighting (and hundreds of CC and mods). I have a fairly decent gaming PC, i don't want to play an iphone app (sims mobile exists already). If this game is going to come out... in like 3 years, and be around for another ten, it's going to look rubbish in 2036 :/ They should be futureproofing it, not making it for current gen mobile/tablets (which is a short-term money-grab strategy, rather than a "we're still going to be selling amazing packs in ten years time for a relevant game" strategy)

@@ritterbruder6815 or maybe they care about everyone else that isn't pc players? Console barely gets any good updates or sales on console, pc players have mods, sales on different sites, access to pirate the game and much more.
I’d love that option! I am so busy, it’s hard to find a time to commit to playing. I think it pulls in more players like me. & maybe players like you, might not mess with it. That’s ok too. They’ve mentioned they want to reach a larger audience, I think that would do that.

This is all so exciting! The only thing left I am desperate for from the Sims is the ability to "favorite" items in CAS and build mode and then filter to only see "favorited" items! That would be a game changer for builders and people with all the packs and lots of mods ❤

Would be even better if we could not just filter those items, but even downright disable them (i.e. for the next time the game is loaded). The less unused assets the game needs to load, the better.

I heard that too. I mentioned in another post that they have been delivering games (DLC) with issues. I’m thinking that isn’t going to change.
I think she meant keeping things streamline and simple so that the game doesn't get bulky and buggy, and so the animations communicate action and emotion clearly. Every creative project cycles between the "productive" phase when you generate tons of ideas and content, and the "revision" phase when you edit and prune back, keeping only what's absolutely necessary. Then you go back and start building out again, then you edit again... and you do that over and over until you end up with something truly great. This is a "Behind The Scenes" look at the creative process, not an advertisement for the final result.

I think gameplay really needs to be the focus for the sims team. I really hope they deliver here with horses.

I really do hope TS5 has more focus on gameplay. Sure it looks rough right now, but all games are like this in the beginning stage. I’m especially fond of the sim getting annoyed being talked to while cooking, and then bursting out in frustration, that’s realistic and adds more personality to the sims. Honestly if Project Rene can be like TS2 in terms of personality, TS3 in gameplay, and TS4 in building/CAS I’d be ecstatic.
yeah, but I'd be like "wait... did they just get annoyed, or catch fire from the stove?" Sometimes there isnt' enough information, imo S4 was a bit overloaded at times but got it almost right

I wouldn't even say it looks rough tbh, it actually looks much better than what I'd expect from something that's not even properly an alpha build yet. All things considered, it looks pretty damn good to me already and I can't wait to see how much better it'll get once it gets closer to the release. In fact, possibly the most exciting part about this whole thing is the fact that we're watching it develop each step of the way rather than just being surprised with the final outcome that could shatter people's expectations. But by watching it develop we know what to expect and not. I really like this.

I do hope for 2 things in this game. 1 that they actually keep the reigns on the horses even if the sim isn’t on the horse to add realism but give us the option to take it off or put it on & that they actually give us an animation for tacking up a horse. Cant have a horse pack without that!

The fact the things she mentioned to do in the new expansion aside from Horse activities are just the same three things listed on the description of the pack (get mini sheep and goats, make nectar, and have a gathering), I can tell it's going to be very lackluster. Like how is just making something as simple as nectar a selling point of the pack???
Pretty much the same as a big chunk of EP-priced-GPs have been, so nothing new here...

Their selling point is the horses. But that’s still not enough for an expansion pack. I’ll wait for the live stream but I’m super disappointed.

I thought horses would never come! Now all I need is fairies, a medieval pack, and royalty pack to complete my fantasy medieval gameplay. For now, though, Horse Ranch will be a great addition to 1800s gameplay. Getting Red Dead 2 vibes

Can we please get a BANDS expansion pack? We need BANDS! To be able to form bands and write music with other sims, have recording studios, plan concerts with your band at the local bar, in a park or at huge concert venues and even plan to go touring around the world! Have fans or groupies and infuse it with GET FAMOUS - cross pack compatibility please! With it we need an overhaul of the vague 'entertainer' career which never made sense. And when will we finally get an ELECTRIC GUITAR, BASS GUITAR AND DRUMS?! Please Sims give us a BANDS / MUSICIAN expansion pack! WE NEED IT MORE THAN ANYTHING!

I'd love to see Cellos, Double Basses, Flutes, Harps, and Saxophones in the sims, as well. Banjos, Bagpipes, and Hurdy Gurdys would be fun, too. It would be cool if it was filled with tons of instruments!

@@bytepalette yes, maybe all would be too much, but cellos to accompany the violins we have would be so amazing! And flutes and harps would be so elegant! And we have saxophones in art work in the game since 2014, but not as instruments... Sad.

Honestly I’m mixed on them being in CAS for the customization and traits, I like big families and the incredibly small 8 sim limit makes me want as few animals as possible in cas

idk why they havent added more slots or a separate one for animals yet, i already struggle to have pets as i always have big families so im worried about how ill be able to have horses too

yea no… they always used huge ui’s. what are you talking about. i never liked the huge ui through out the sims games. the sims 4 is not as bad as past games. but less is more with the ui

@@gherkinp939 well that’s what she was referring to. which is pretty obvious. how did you see that as a negative that has you scared for the sims 5? big user interface is so dated. why do you want more? i never liked it. at least now screens are bigger and it doesn’t take as much room in comparison to the game compared to older games when screens were more square and small. but still. less is more with user interface. it’s 2023. come on…
It feels like they’ve never read any of there comment sections before. The sims team used to make more interesting games. The sims 2 and 3 were amazing with features and packs
I really admire the Project Rene team being courageous enough to show early versions of what they're working on and trying to articulate often overlooked aspects of the creative process. :) It looks like they've already made big leaps forward since the last time we got a glimpse! Very cool :)
It's a smart PR move, too. I still remember when the first leaks for Project Olympus happened. The community took them and ran wild with what little was actually shown. This way, they have full control over what we see and can actively steer the expectations they are setting by explaining what we are shown and why. I do hope they keep this level of communication up as long as possible.
You mean doing what the other 2 competition companies are doing, something that they never did until they saw those 2 doing it? Please, praises for mimicking leaches who didn't care about being transparent until it became a trend.
Project Rene looks really good so far, I know the actual sims are very early development, but I really like the art style of the build/buy objects. It's a good blend of more realistic textures but still has that cartoonish playful style that I love. I also love that it looks like the hair color wheel is coming back. Can't wait to see more!

sims team, if you're reading this, please _please_ give us unicorns and fairies. not just a unicorn horn hat.. actual unicorns. not just wings.. fairies. and please do a mermaid refresh? they are so lack luster... no skill tree. that said, i am seriously looking forward to horses. absolutely love horses
Idk about unicorns since i dont think they’d release another pack that also has horse-like creatures if its not in this one. but i think fairies could very well be next in line when it comes to supernatural, fingers crossed 😭

I’m hating where this is going. The sims used to be about all the fun and random things they would throw at you. How they would adjust to the world around them. Now it’s just click and watch! The sims 4 was limited due to trying to make it run on the console also. If they want it to run on a phone there is no hope.

Some would rather be negative then enabling all the awful things they do to other people and game developers. They are known as the franchise killer and you just say YES KEEP KILLING OUR GAME ILL STILL BUY IT. But its the people complaining that's the problem sure... not the company that is known for f***ing over players.

"How little can we get away with?" has been their motto for Sims 4 and is already carrying over to the Sims 5, their words. I'm glad they at least set the tone so early, so we already know what to expect.
Fr its crazy to still see diehard sims 4 fans 💀 it is VERY clear who grew up with the sims & who’s just played sims 4. EA dug their own grave with this one. 0 excitement for the Sims 5 after what they did to my favorite franchise. I’ve played this game over 10 years, and I know what the Sims used to be vs the ALL aesthetic NO gameplay, overpriced bullshit it is now. Props to EA for marketing though bc apparently horses just fix everything wrong with the game !
@@findingbrooki How I feel as I point out that if you ride a horse in Sims 3, it feels good because the worlds are huge - but how good will it feel in TS4 on tiny maps where every single lot is a loading screen? People see horses and forget to think critically about why horses worked in TS3 and why they felt good. The major point of it is to ride around, but all the worlds in TS4 are not conducive to cars or horses since you're never really traveling for longer than 10 seconds before you're at a loading screen. So why use any sort of vehicle/mount? I love horses, but they just don't fit into the rest of the game well, beyond the world they will come with. (Like, just look at how small Moonwood Mill is. How are you going to ride a horse there? xD)
As an equestrian, I’m super excited for this pack. I’m super happy to see a English saddle in this video. I was worried there wouldn’t be English riding when the trailer didn’t show any. And as a horse trainer, I love that the devs did proper research on ethical horse training. That dominance theory is outdated and unethical. Can’t wait to play with the virtual horses after playing with my real ones!
do you think their canter animation looks a bit clunky?? i did but i haven’t seen anyone else agree with me
since its an expansion, I was hoping for a equestrian / jockey career track... Like I have seen lilsimsie play sims 3 horses, and they have SO MUCH to do. This one feels like a stuff pack than anything.
Make a Rock Band pack! You got Grunge and Goth how about venues to see bands play. You could partner with Fender for the instruments. They also own Gretsch so you could have drums in the game too!
I would love to have a game play pack where your musician Sims can perform. They have the musician career, but you just put on a suit and go into a wormhole. Busking isn't enough. A venue where you can perform or watch concerts, and get paid for your performance would be great.

Why do I have this sinking feeling that project Rene is going to have everybody living in an apartment where you only have open neighborhoods again so it can function on phones and computers.
From what we've seen so far, it seems very likely that even they don't know what scale the game worlds are going to have yet. It seems like they are still in a very early prototyping stage. Basically throwing ideas at a wall and seeing what will stick. They might have a general idea of where they would like to be going but I'd be surprised if anything, except maybe the art style they are going for, was set in stone at this point. So we should neither get our hopes up for anything we see, nor be actively worried about it.
The fact it’s going to be on mobile is very worrisome to me. I’m not sure exactly how it’s going to work…. Is the goal to make it so that the game is basically identical on computers and phones?? Or are they just planning on making a simplified mobile version, maybe using similar models and mechanics?
@@LaurenElizabethYT If they are serious about this, the goal will be to make every version identical. That should not worry you, however. Because of cloud gaming. Which is almost certainly going to be how this cross-platform playability is going to work. And cloud gaming makes the actual specs of any given device irrelevant, because the game isn't actually running on the device but a remote server. This tech is still in its very early stage, with services like Xbox Game Pass and GeForce NOW taking the forefront and others like Google Stadia having failed completely. But by the time Project Rene actually gets released, it should be fully functional and widely available.
I really don't want them to try and make this new game work for mobile, it'll be very lackluster and shallow. I wish they would think about making a very good pc game instead
@@LaurenElizabethYT They don't seem to be sure yet how the mobile version will play out. I remember when they first announced the project that they were still figuring out the range of what you could do in the game in your mobile. Hopefully, they will lean on the mobile as more of an aid tool for some stuff. It's too early even for them to tell, but I hope it won't make the game cheaper and more limited than 4 already is.
I really hope they somehow expand the amount of household members we can have. Perhaps devide it up to playerable and non playerable members. One thing I really wish for the sims team to change up now they are putting this out is while I don't have the need for actually controlling my cats, dogs and horses, I do desperately need to be able to click on them, so I can have access to their age, skills, traits, friendships and the small quirks, like when they are scared of TV or obsessed with the fridge. Those types of stuff. Now it's probably not the time or place, but I really hope you can make a big update and open up the different districts. Not the entire worlds, just the districts, so I'm able to visit my neighborhood without a bunch of loading screens and so I don't have to think about which public area I want to visit the most. My last wish is for the kits or stuff packs. I very well know that we won't get full on gamepacks with content from the different time periods, however as someone who really enjoy playing History or decades challenges, yet aren't that comfortable with doing CC, I feel like a stuff pack or kit could really help cover those niches regarding gameplay. The midieval castle kit winning for build items makes me so happy and hopeful!

I would love that the cell phones did not come by default in each character but that you have to buy it, as it happened in the sims 2. Bring back the landlines, please!

As an equestrian how do you find the animations of the canter?
@@sushi513 Honestly I know they could be better but I like the canter animations.The horses seem to have this weird "C" shape going on when standing still their legs just look too straight and forward but the other animations I really like. Even the canter and especially the turning. I love how they also took such care for personalities
@@ChelseaLiz To be honest, the walk animation with the droopy neck for me would look fine with a slow walk, but the walk seems quite quick so looks odd. The canter for me is also too bouncy? I'm not sure how to describe it really but I think they took "elegant" too seriously with it. Overall I'm glad to finally get horses so that I don't have to use sims 3 pets.
Why are my comments being deleted? The Gallery issues are a serious problem for thousands of players. Please fix the gallery before releasing new content. We need the News feed back, we need our followers back and we need download totals back.
Youtuble deletes and hides comments. It's been happening for a couple of years now.

Gotta be honest, I'm filled with doubt about how good project Rene is gonna be. Sims 4 really let me down, especially after the last 3 games we're so good. I really hope that this time the team is able to do things their way Sims 5 will be better. I'm rooting for you Sims team but I'm nervous
I'm super nervous about it, especially when they talk about wanting you to be able to cross-platform between your phone and computer.
I am nervous as well, but at the very least, they're being transparent about how far they are in development, as well as what they're working on and why.
Honestly, thats fair, I too get worried about how games will turn out if the dev's trackrecord has been hit or miss. I wont even buy the game until I know people are really happy with the game.
the fact that they are making it cross platform lets you know it's going to be a disaster. Cellphones just don't have the computing power of a laptop, much less an actual desktop computer or even a console. Makes sense why that one person said they were trying to "see how little they could get away with." Project Rene is going to kill The Sims franchise dead in the water....

Dear EA: I’m a sims player since TS1, the sims franchise is, together, the games I’ve played most for my whole life. I’m from Colombia, back in the 2000’s was almost imposible to get a computer that runt The Sims 2, I asked my mom so badly to get a PC with a 3D acceleration card, and when I got it (back when the Sims 3 were out) the first game I played was TS2. Im a software developer and videogame developer. The Sims risen my imagination, made me think about a world of possibilities and creation far from my own reality. I’m in the spectrum so having a huge sandbox of social interactions back when I was a teenager was importan to me. The Sims franchise has an special room in my heart. As I created myself in every single game, I discovered the life I would like to have, the style I use: watching myself as a sim kissing another male sim was reassuring, I felt accepted. TS3 was the game I wanted to create when I decided to study software development and the first ever digital game I bought was the Sims 4 (with my first ever salary) By saying that, I’m concerned about the monetization model of Project Rene. The fact is free to play could be the best or the worst decision you have made with the sims franchise. Why not get back to TS/TS2/TS3 and giving the full experience from the start? are DLCs gonna be EP or micro transactions? Buying the Sims 4 and all its DLCs is imposible for people in my country (and to people in the so called “countries in development”) If the red flags are true, I’m deeply sad to say that I will stop playing The Sims when TS5 is launched, I have not bought a DLC since Cottage Living do to the high price of the dollars. I appreciate TS4 as free to play, but full TS4 experience is one of the most expensive games right now. I would like to be exited about each new EP, the kits include in the EP. Understanding diversity is not only about representation, and the gaming industry should evolve to inclusive and conscious market and business models. I would like my nephew to be as connected to TS5 as I was to TS1 back in 2000. Please dear EA, consider us a valid market. If you sell half price you will sell twice. Don’t kill The Sims franchise as with SimCity 🙏🙏🙏
Making Jam on the farm will be more fun then ever ❤ JoAnna is a great leader! Taking her team to local ranches to meet real horses is a great way to build rapport, inspire your employees and really connect with the project.
I appreciate all the sims team for making horses in the sims 4, I wanted a Horses so much, you have made an old lady very happy. 🤣
Recap for yall 💖💖 Nothing new on horse pack, just reminding us the key features *which are gamepack stuff* Some stuff about sims mobile but no one plays it nor cares, Project rene news about they trying to make it realistic with improved hair styling and coloring, sims' activities as in an open world, sims' emotions' animations and stuff. That was the only interesting thing in this vid. And yeaah that's it... Oh the kits who won the thing are the goth clothing and the medieval but we already kinda foreseen this. Well that was boring 15 minutes (last episode was 30 minutes) they could've just gave us the project rene leaks and end it... My review of this is 2.7/10 Disappointing as usual, was excepting it from EA. Well hope you guys didn't pre-order the horses pack, better wait for a sale so it's worth it's actual price. I'll wait half a year for it to be on sale because the pack is good but doesn't worth 40$. And where I'm from is even more expensive.
I want my bands next and then I’ll be set! Only things I don’t have for ts4 are batuu and most of the kits, and I don’t have buyers remorse for what I’ve got because I try to make my purchases only when I can absolutely afford to. I am the customer maxis should be listening to just like many others! I can’t believe how long we’ve gone without even just having drums to pretend to have a band, so stupid.
The fact that she literally said they are trying to see how little they can get away with makes me want to quit the sims 4 and go back to the sims 3 and not even care about sims 5 smh. And how does sims free play look so much more gameplay worthy than sims 4? I’m over it honestly 🤦🏽♀️

I think I'm done after the sims 4. EA seems to be keeping the mentality of minimal work for the sims 5. I'm gonna move on to paradox new IP, the studio has really become my favorite developer since ck2.
i hope they get into details about the game play aspect for the new horse expansion! also can't wait to hear more about rene:)

I ask ever so kindly, I truly wish Sims 5 sims speak like either Sims 1 or 2 Simlish. Those sounded a lot nicer! And less silly exaggerated expressions. Sims 2 was very heart felt, I hope we feel that in the next generation. The emotion and Simlish gave cosy feelings like a hot chocolate on a beautiful Autumn day. Fingers crossed!🎉❤😊

I'm not sure how I feel about this pack... It's a really fun idea, but the packs have been SO glitchy and I really feel like they need to do better. -- Also, I would absolutely LOVE it if they would make Sims 2 playable for free once again!! I loved 2! Also, I haven't been able to actually play Sims 4 since the latest update... has anyone else experienced this? And how do I fix it?
Be sure to clean out your computer, and turn the background apps off. It's not all on the Sims team.

You know what else we've been asking for for a really long time? CARS. If you did horses, you can do cars. Make it work.

Will there be smaller Horses like Dartmoor Pony or Exmoor Pony? 4. Will there be Adult Sheep and Adult Goats as well?

absolutely love this video! ty so much for this. i love the insights to the horse expac and how everythings looking! also adore the hinting at landlines?! pleasee! aaalso love the snippets of things being tested for project renee! i love the idea of streamlining the animations, and the care to put colorwheel back in as well as work hard on the lighting. (big features ive seen folks criticize in sims 4 of course! ) its wonderful to see the dev-ing of project renee and hope early feedback will help shape it. thank you team!
I think it's cool they went to a equestrian center to interact with horses and learn more about them. (I ride horses they're like giant silly dogs lol)
Suly Suly! Wow that office in the opening looked like an actual Sims creation. The horses looked great, really up to the Sims standards. The project Rene concepts look neat. Just bring the fun and wackiness back to the Sims. Btw can I get a anti technology trait where my Sim will stay off the phone and avoid tv and computers? I definitely would like a stay off phone option if nothing else. It might free the sims up more.
I absolutely love the idea of this pack I just really hope that there’s a lot of open land as otherwise I thought we won’t get the most out of the horses
My 5 cents about Project Rene, aka The Sims 5... It seems to me that the team is trying to reinvent the wheel. The Sims 3 had it all, you'd just need to improve the game performance and the architecture of the game system itself.
By the way I acknowledge the fact that maybe that's what they're doing...
Things Project Rene/sims 5 needs for it to be worthwhile: Open or at least semi-open neighborhoods Bigger worlds (at least 20 lots each) Free without dlc (like sims 4) CC creators to help create CAS and build/buy objects Toddlers and Infants on release Height presets or a height slider “Remove all” button and copy/paste options in CAS Cars. Not cars that can be driven around an open world, but simply cars that your sim gets into and can be seen driving away in. This would also include options to customize your car as well as garages/garage doors. More freedom with apartments (changing windows with cheats, being able to make custom apartment buildings) A base game build/buy catalog that actually just contains the most simple items, not just a random assortment of styles, all with usable and matching swatches More terrain tool use in worlds (for example, a prebuilt or empty lot on a hillside or cliff) Curved walls that work, or no curved walls at all. And lastly, a max household size more than 8!
Cue me going over this video frame by frame and word by word for the next 3 hours to sniff out all the different clues and hints they gave out lol!

@rabenherz92 I'm glad some of you are happy with getting a less powerful game for more money, cuz if you think EA isn't gonna turn this into a gatcha system then you've probably haven't seen what they did to other games. I'm personally never gonna stop calling out EA for the way they do business. They are the worst gaming company in the industry and they bully better game developers because they have no real love for games. Its just about money.

But the horse pack was the last straw for me considering how little i played with growing together. The magic just isn’t there for me anymore and honestly ever since I heard what EA did to American McGee’s Alice in Asylum and that the guy never want to work in the video game industry because of them makes me so angry at them. This dude had so much love for the game he was making, and they destroyed his labor of love just cuz they could, and that’s not even the worst thing they have done to an employee, just look at the head developer for the sims 2. I love the sims still but I think my dislike of EA is really take that opinion over.

Honestly for project Renee, I would love to see them incorporate a feature like the urbz sims in the city had when you would do “jobs”. It made it feel more like a game, you would just have to press the buttons on time kind of like a dance dance revolution thing. Also,, why are we supposed to care about the Calientes so much?? Why is this being pushed so much lol
@TheSims...take that back EA....this is still not enough to call Horse Ranch an "expansion pack" and charge us $40. Considering this and the trailer, pretty much, went over the same exact things. I have serious doubts there is going to be more shown in the livestream to warrant that $40 price tag...even then.

I'm hesitant about horses, since I think everyone assumed they'd be a game pack after they didn't come with Cottage Living, but the last 3 (and 4 for me but not everyone lol) expansion packs have been spectacular, so fingers crossed 🤞

@@anastasiar5147 really? Like, just out of expansion packs, not including kits or my wedding disaster or anything? Cause GrT, HSY, and CoL have been my favorites, and they were all generally received better than some earlier ones, like EL or IL, so I kinda assumed that was the general opinion 😂
@@evie3324 Most of GrT is the new systems running in the background rather than actual new gameplay with unique animations (keeping in mind that infants are BG). HSY is a shallow pack once you break its features down, and it was also bug ridden on release and beyond, though definitely not as bad as MWS was. CoL is the better of this mentioned trio, but it suffers from the usual "good idea, meh execution" on one too many fronts.
@@Mldy96 that's just like... general sims 4 problems. EVERY expansion pack has issues like that. By spectacular I mostly meant by Sims 4 standards, not general sims series standards. Growing Together was more enjoyable for me than say, Get to Work, or Cats & Dogs, or Eco Lifestyle, but it still had those general problems that this whole game suffers from.
I do love they acknowledged that they got advice before the pack came out from the players and changed it a bit accordingly. Would love to see much more of that!! ❤

the sims team needs to teebzee with their pack number, and work on refining and updating previous packs instead of making new packs with insufficient content. a new player shouldn’t hop on the game only to find 1000 euros worth of DLC. thats insane horses should have been added to cottage living. growing together should be BASE GAME, or at least a part of parenthood. the quality of packs lately has been going down, so no, i’m not excited for a horse ranch. earlier packs such as get together and get to work were so much more enjoyable for simmers, but these newer expansions (especially high school years) have just been so lacklustre. 10< lots , minimal gameplay- i’m calling it now

Hey I love this pack so far but as an equestrian I have one thing to critique from what we can see the horses can only pick up the left lead at the canter , if you want to go for more realistic gaits then they should be able to change their lead when switching directions, left lead when turning left , right lead when turning right , it just looks very awkward and forced when the horse is on the left lead and is turning right

It’s not like they have a reputation for implementing loot box systems which is a gatcha system, hell the sims free 2 play is a gatcha so what makes you think they wouldn’t use the sims 5 as the perfect opportunity to implement a gatcha system? It’s not like they haven’t shown to be greedier and greedier with every new sims entry. First it was the sims 3 store which was a little taste of what we currently get with the sims 4 and their endless kits that are purely aesthetic, and no new gameplay. Making people pay for a whole expansion pack for horses and you can’t even claim the other animals as new gameplay when even in the trailer you can see they have reused animation for them. But sure keep defending a gaming company that has some of the worst business practices in the industry because you don’t want to admit the flaws in your favorite game.

Finally, next year my goth horse girl farmer dream will be complete, dogs, cats, horses, cows, mini goatsssssss, mini sheep, llamas all on the big HoB 64x64 plot. It will have taken the gaming industry until I turn 44 to finally deliver my gaming dream, but it's better than never at all!! I know one of them is a kit (boooo) and expansions are stupid expensive (I never pay full price for packs, the Sime team are great, but fluff EA) but let me have this one

My fear over the models and animations in the horses when I saw the leaks has since melted into excitement! The promo photos unfortunately suffered from some wonk anatomy and weird quirks but seeing these horses in action makes me hopeful! They are very cute! Syper hyped for what the modding community will do with them! Edit: Sorry, WESTERN PLEASURE? Look I'm a showjumper IRL but it's INSANE seeing that discipline ingame getting some deserved recognition! I swore we would only get barrel racing and maybe jumping from a pack like this if lucky, but having a rail class competition too?? Y'all really DID do your research!!!! So hyped.
