  • This is really not normal. Impossible. The sheet metal has been distorted by the heat and there is nothing usable about this wreck. The chassis may have lost its strength from the heat of the fire. It will cost a fortune in parts to restore this. Then for that amount of money buy a Mercedes that didn't burn and restore it.

  • That's impossible the metal and material is destroyed throughout, weakened baked beyond 100s of degrees glowing hot in the fire. Never the less in anything but a throwaway society you could say nothing is impossible.

  • I'm at a bit of a loss. First of all, the actual renovation will probably come in the next few months and then - I have my own experience. It's many decades ago. My uncle also restored old cars. And he once bought a burnt-out car after a fire. He restored it. And he said afterwards that it was a pretty useless job. The metal body was by fire annealed and weakened. And no matter how much he painted and varnished it, it still tended to rust and corrode. So while the immediate result of a very difficult job will look good, it's a car to sell immediately and not worry about how much longer it will run. This is my personal experience. Sorry.

  • I know for a fact that is a 2018 Honda Civic, not a Mercedes. However, good video. I really enjoyed the teardown process. This car would make a pretty cool go kart once you found the right drivetrain. Keep up with the cool videos!

  • This must be the ultimate in “restoration” scams. There is no way this car could be restored - even if your life depended on it. Oh look, I’m just innocently riding my bike down the road (followed my someone with a camera!!!) and I “found” a car worth restoring! What a joke!

  • Я не пойму, для чего и зачем он разобрал его по частям? Чтобы сдать его в металлолом? Такой автомобиль не стоит восстанавливать. Видать у него денег Дофига и больше. Больше нечем заняться ему.людей там не было хоть, а то, может, пепел собирал вместе с пластмассой)?
