This is a guided mindfulness meditation for a NEW YOU! This is a reminder that every day is a chance to hit reset and remember self-love and self-care. This is a meditation that focuses on positive thinking and having a positive mindset to take on any challenge. Being present can reduce anxiety, calm stress, and give a sense of gratitude for simply being YOU - the honest and caring person that you are. Enjoy this guided session with ambient music and find greater peace, love, and joy each day!
This session is 16 minutes long - It has about 13 minutes of guided mindfulness meditation followed by calming and soothing ambient music to end the session three minutes later. To reiterate my statement from the prior KZhead video: THANK YOU. I truly could not continue doing this without your kindness, your support, your VIEWS.   • I have a new favourite, I absolutely loved this one. When I was floating I could see all the farm land below with the animals grazing and the farm houses with smoke coming out of the chimney's, and then it started to get darker and all the night stars began to appear, what a beautiful sight, I could of stayed there forever, then as you said to feel yourself floating back down I thought the meditation was over, but no we then had the wonder of the blanket canvas to paint in whatever colour we wanted of our life, it was a very emotional meditation I really went deep into it and still felt the effect of it throughout my day I was walking on a cloud .Thanks Nat I will sure to be returning to this one again and again, have a wonderful day and to anyone else reading this.
