a lot of players re-invent their game as they age but not Vince. He's still got that quick first step and going to the rim dunking on shot blockers at age 36 . He stayed true to his all-around offensive game of hitting open threes, creating off the dribble and dunking.

Some people disagree about the HOF.... He has no championships, has no MVP awards, and if I'm not mistaken, has no scoring titles. I hope he makes it, but a lot of people say he won't. If he does, it won't be for awhile. I don't think he is first ballot, but I do hope he makes it eventually.

Basketball is my sports when MJ got my attention to play this game..when i was just a kid..i spend time to play basketball with my friends and we still do it now we were in college..And speaking in dunks, its VC. his my idol since when i was 10..and now im 21..And i still love him :-) Mr. Vince Carter, your my HALL OF FAME!

Iconic. This guy personifies basketball. I couldn't bare one day without watching Vince Carter play basketball. You just don't see players like VC, T-Mac, AI, MJ, GP, and many others that are hard to not watch play. Players like LeBron James, D-Wade and Kyrie are good but it wasn't the type of basketball I liked the most. When you saw VC play and evolve, it was amazing. I'll miss him if he retires.

As a kid growing up watching him play was such a privilege b/c he was so physically gifted. He was bringing a new generation to the NBA. Injuries derailed him from his prime as being one of the best swingman in the game along with T-Mac. I hope he gets that elusive ring he so wants and he will get into the NBA Hall of Fame. It was an honor to watch him play for the last 15 years and 13 for me. Thank you MaxaMillion711 for uploading this video. Defintely reminds me of my childhood days.

lol im from toronto and watched this guy play so much here , and cause we had raptors tv we were able to see any game we want even the charity games he held, most ppl HATED him for leaving but i was happy for him and i really wish he could have gotten a ring in his career he really did have the potential to be one of the all time greats

lol im from toronto and watched this guy play so much here , and cause we had raptors tv we were able to see any game we want even the charity games he held, most ppl HATED him for leaving but i was happy for him and i really wish he could have gotten a ring in his career he really did have the potential to be one of the all time greats
