  • How often do you see a player block someone then hit a 3/4 court shot buzzer beater in the same play? Never

    • chung walter He should've gotten it during the 08-09 season. He was a complete MONSTER that year.

      @ThaDreamMerchant@ThaDreamMerchant9 жыл бұрын
    • TheDreamMerchant True but so was Lebron and his cavs were the best team in the league. Heat was 5th in the east that year.

      @1pianomaster1@1pianomaster19 жыл бұрын
    • mrTolppa Yeah but I still feel that MVP should've been for Wade. I understand the whole best player best team thing but Wade single handedly carried the Heat to the 5th seed with a lesser supporting cast than what LeBron had.

      @ThaDreamMerchant@ThaDreamMerchant9 жыл бұрын
    • I agree that Lebron had better supporting cast that year. However here are the 08-09 stats from both players: Lebron: 28.4ppg, 7.6rbs, 7.2ast, 1.7stls, 1.1blcks Wade: 30.2ppg, 5.0rbs, 7.5ast, 2.2stls, 1.3blcks Wade had statistically slightly better year, but winning wise Lebron outscored him clearly so that's why I think he deserved the MVP award.

      @1pianomaster1@1pianomaster19 жыл бұрын
    • mrTolppa That's fine with me. I wasn't really upset that LeBron won the award because he had a great year as well, but I just had Wade winning at the time because even though he's always had a great year, that particular season he was a complete madman when he carried that Heat roster into the playoffs.

  • Prime D-Wade's highlights are the best. Nobody did things like he - making almost full court shots, passing from backcourt, stealing the ball and shooting it from tree while running and draining the shot last second, pump-fake and shots goes in with the foul, dunking on everyone and blocking everyone. also cant forget the killer crossovers, the best euro-step in the league and best circus shots

  • I'm truly amazed at how the media has everyone stuck on wade's "injuries". What "injuries" is he suffering from? They've been preaching injuries for 2 years now, since the 2012 series against the Pacers. How can someone be injured for 2 years, yet compete through the playoffs at a high level and win 2 championships? He had a deep bone bruise on his knee that needed treatment, and I can imagine that's fine now. The dilemma is mental. I think he's mentally exhausted from the whole Lebron show. A player of Wade's caliber doesn't just become a second option on the team HE established. Wade is a leader, a winner, and a closer. It's engrained in his identity. There's no turning from that no matter how hard he tries.

    • He had the meniscus in his right knee removed while in college, a very aggressive procedure to get him back on the court ASAP so that he could have a chance at making the NBA (he wasn't a very high profile college player at the time of the injury). The missing meniscus has caught up to him, so now, even though he doesn't have an acute injury, his knee(s) give him a lot of trouble.

  • Wade at his prime had the most different types of "circus shot" ever created and they were even more fluid and "artistic like" than Jordan's. His career is an exquisite collection of highlights (facial dunks, crossovers, beautiful euro-steps, blocks, a dozen of game winners, "and 1" ball handling, "quarterback" passes, fade-away shots, incredible floaters against 7+ feet tall, etc). He was the MOST FUN PLAYER TO WATCH EVER. And statistically he's even more impressive (even injured 1/4 of the time) with the 7th biggest PER since the merger, the BEST PER ever in finals performance history in 2006 (above Jordan) and the #8 BEST PER in finals performance history in 2011 (yeah, when Lebron chokes big time), most blocks for a 6'4 taller guard ever (almost 1 block per game), etc. He's the most efficient SG besides Jordan according just to the cold numbers... and also THE MOST UNDERRATED PLAYER EVER!!!

That dunk one Varejao had him in a posture called THE SCORPION 🦂 (reversed) in words of Rob Dyrdek. Could've been the logo for the Ridiculousness (MTV show) lol. Welcome to Ur Kodak Moment Anderson Varejao. True fans know sup tho. He's not underrated but rather under appreciated. Coaches, opposing teams, players playing/played with/against him know the nightmare he is to the opposing teams.

    @LD-ji5sz@LD-ji5sz10 жыл бұрын
  • Second best shooting guard of all time, you look at the statistics theirs no other 2guard you can put over him, not even Kobe. Dwayne Wade is more efficient then Kobe, is a better defender then Kobe and shares the ball selflessly. You could even argue that his a better scorer then Kobe, D-Wade led the NBA in scoring while shooting over 49% from the field, something Kobe has never done in his entire career. And everyone saying his done or his not great anymore don't know the game. Name another second option in the NBA today besides Russel Westbrook who can put up 19 to 20 points a night, and he does it shooting over 50% from the field. And lets not forget that 30,7, and 5 season, only season from a 2guard that could compare to Jordan. Dwayne Wade is a underrated legend.
