  • I can not express how much I appreciate real life comedy. It's such obvious stuff, but I could never think of any of it myself. This guy is really fantastic. And not just for his material. His timing, his body language, his way of making things funny without really making anything seem outright offensive. Brilliant. Bravo, Brad!

So we went out and our parents had no idea how close we came to drowning, falling from great heights, and pummeling each other in rock fights. I got one imbedded in my head from speed biking in the Appalachian mountains.

  • Dry Bar crept into my algorithm... because if you're looking for good clean comedy then this is it. Wholesome comedians who are smart and funny and deliver without resorting to low humour. And I like how he waits for the audience to get the joke... then explains himself... then laughs too.

  • Mr Upton was a regular at our local comedy night years ago. His material is so much more polished now. We were free admission to keep the crowd there. The comics could come try their material. His name was memorable to me.

  • I keep watching DRYBAR, but seriously I have not come across a bad comedian yet. I respect the guidelines they have. Mr. Upton is wonderful. Laughter is truly the best medicine, that and my natural vitamins and herbs.😅 Zero tolerance for alcohol and drugs. 100% for clean laughter.

  • This man is skilled. A 40 minute comedy routine, nonstop with no stumbling, a steady , fast pace, and did anyone notice, no swearing at all. Basically all clean humor, compared to the vast majority of comedy. No crudity, nothing deeply offensive. A good job.

    • @@nathanc11 it's fair that you feel that way. I do agree that people find different things funny. I don't agree with you calling him a true comedian while denouncing comedians who swear. I have seen comedians young and old on both sides of the political spectrum (I don't really think that's a factor tho) who have written more original and funny acts than this one. the jokes were basic. some of the things he said we're incorrect. while he did have a couple of good jokes such as the 80 year old boxing, I do not think that he is a "true comedian." maybe there were people crying to this set, but it just wasn't that funny.

  • I have been watching dry bar comedy for a while now and I have to say this man was the funniest comedian I have seen on here so far! I have never laughed so much non stop in dry bad comedy before! I even sat down and watched the whole show and I have never done that before. I’m always listening in to these in the background while I’m cleaning the house. Anyways good stuff!!

    • I live in Utah and at this particular establishment, there is no alcohol served. And the comedian's get paid according to how they are with the audience. Which is why a lot of them won't toss around a bunch of swears. Utah is supremely buttoned up. LOL
