  • 30 years ago I was the bar manager for the Comedy Circuit at Snowbird. Kevin played there a couple of times a week at a stretch. I was his driver and when my car broke down we both road in the back of a truck from the main location in Midvale. All the way up the mountain we talked. And after closing time we sometimes played a little pool and talked some more. What an intelligent, lovely and surprisingly serious man. I'm just delighted to see him here, with 6.5 M views and knockin' it out of the park. Well done and well deserved. Hats off Kevin from Kelly, way back in the day.

    • @Michael Norris I wonder...if a video of joe rogan or bill burr got downvoted, would your mind go straight to , racists downvoted them? I have a sneaky suspicion that it wouldn't. Seems like you see things through the lense of race. Not a good look. You don't know why it got downvoted so you shouldn't toss around the word "racist" like confetti. It only cheapens and trivializes actual racism. Tighten up...

    • "bad language" has a place in comedy (and drama), but too often it's used as a "shock" to deflect the audience from a lack of talent. A comedian with actual talent can work "straight" or work "blue" if they are FUNNY. Overuse of "bad language" without any real reason lessens the "shock" effect anyways, Leading to....Exposing the NOT FUNNY aspect of much modern "humor".

    • Yeah... I'm originally from Belgium and we were one of the first houses in the street to have TV. We had two (2)national channels which both started broadcasting for the first time in 1958, one in Flemish ( similar to Dutch) and one in French. In the early 60s they would purchase programs and series from the US because it was cheaper than producing their own, including Lassie and Flipper... Zorro and the Monkees were the others I remember. That's how I learned to speak English... listening to the words and reading the subtitles in Flemish... Amazing how well that works...

  • I really love the variety in Kevin Jordan's humor. He time traveled to a past a lot of us can relate to, as well as knowing what's up with the younger generation of today, and so much in between. Did not linger too long on any one subject, always brought in the humor of everything he reflected on. Now, THAT is how comedy is meant to be. I mean REAL comedy. I don't mind bad language, it can have it's place, but he didn't have a place for it. He is a credit and a comedic treasure! Thank you Mr. Jordan for the laughter. Well done sir!!

  • You have to respect someone that can make you laugh, with clean material. Just goes to show you that you can have a great time without even a curse word. I’ve never seen this man but I would go to his show.

    • @@TheGoodGuy85 when the navy adopted the digital camo pattern some 10 years ago or so they made their color scheme blue because big navy gonna do what big navy gonna do. No one really thought it was a good idea that had to wear them but big navy don't care. In some situations if you fall in the blue makes you blend in with the water. The navy finally changed to a different color pattern in 2019
