    • She's an adult? Not in her opinion. Every single friggin' podcast, she goes on for ten minutes about how 18-19 isn't really an adult, but still a child, despite what the gov't says. I do not understand her problem with this. Fine, she was/is a late bloomer--but she needs to learn that her experience isn't the same as most people's. Otherwise she'll keep bringing down other Gen-Z people who are perhaps more mature, like the other two of the Three Girdies who (shockingly) deserted her.

A tip for all people struggling with anxiety and no coping mechanisms that work, is to play stress and anxiety music quietly in the background of a nice book and lie in bed and read xx

Like if you don’t read that’s how it feels, reading 3 pages like 7 times cause you don’t get what you read and then you just stop reading. • @UCuMogplbhpPPJ0D0LsMkoWw It’s even more sad that you’re hate-watching a girl who built her own career and calling her spoilt just because she can afford a 3.5 million dollar mansion. She definitely earned that by herself, her family isn’t even that rich, her dad’s an oil painter so you could guess how much he earns. She’s shown the house she’s grown up in and it wasn’t big at all so don’t need to say that she was “spoiled” by her dad just because you’re jealous of the career she’s built for herself. She earned all of that through major brand deals and sponsorships by high end brands like Louis Vuitton. She’s an influencer, which basically means a rolemodel and she’s definitely a goddamn rolemodel with the example she’s setting for millions of her fans. At least she’s not like those tiktokers who go out to parties during the pandemic without even wearing a mask. Hate on those types of “influencers” all you want. And also I don’t need a “19 year old KZheadr” to get me to do stuff, it’s just she shows the joy in doing the stuff that it makes me want to do it too. I’ve stopped reading since I was 12 but I might get back into seeing how important it could be although my schedule is always really packed with school and other responsibilities. Sometimes we need some people to get us into the right track and show us what’s good for us whenever we forget about these kinds of joys.

  • orange and blue r complementary colors, so orange eyeshadow will bring out the blue in ur eyes, and vice versa, so that’s prob why u get a bunch of compliments!! bc the colors balance each other out and “complement” each other so well

  • I used to read a lot as a teen and then I fell off that habit as an adult, since ~life~ but I started reading more consistently in the last year and I love it!! I missed reading so much, and the vocabulary thing is SO TRUE. I love using Notion to organise my entire life and I have a database in there of new words I come across, whether it's in a book or an article I'm reading. I just jot it down with its definition and the part of speech (noun, adj, etc.) :) I LOVE it! I read all kinds of books now, from skill/learning to fictional. Also, one of the best things I ever did was delete social media apps off my phone. I did it back in August and it's been LIFE-CHANGING. I only re-download whenever I need the app (like you can't update links in your ig bio on the web browser?), otherwise I just use it on my PC browser and trust me, it's less addicting. (I also put on a timer/blocker called LeechBlock, it's game-changing.) I never expected to feel so much better after lessening my time on social media, but omg it is AMAZING. The self comparison just melts away, and you're so much calmer not in-taking 2987928374 things you don't need to know- like someone's breakfast, or their thoughts on something, or horrible news. We are not meant to know every little detail of everyone's lives, we are meant to know people irl and that's about it.
