Something that Razer used to be notoriously bad at. Many reports of Razer products just failing or breaking during normal/intended use back in the day.

Also, some folks have issues with charging on the dock, whenever you faced with that issue it helps to just clear the contacts of the dock and mouse with some isopropyl alcohol, and you're good to go!
Nah the springs on my dock are broken have to turn the mouse upside down and place the dock on it.

after having this mouse for a year now, I can say that those side grips can really get worn out.. right underneath the left side buttons the rubber actually started to rip and tear. kind of a shame as this is currently my favorite mouse but oh well nothings perfect I guess

This is a fair review. Even though you have strong opinions about certain dislikes, you do mention that for some it could be perfect. I personally have never had a problem clicking the other side buttons but I also do not have an extreme fingertip grip where it would interfere, more like a weird relaxed claw. The only thing I wish was slightly different would be a size in between the mini and the ultimate while being wireless. The mini is awesome but slightly too small for me. I might even call the mini a better mouse as far as build and clicks go but the size holds me back from using it. Right now I am going back and forth between the Zygen NP 01 and the RVU with the RVM every once in a while, still can't decide on my new main mouse (used to be G305). I play Valorant best with the RVU and Aim Labs I am best with the Viper Mini but I love the Zygen shape. It's a real dillema.

If you’re never going ti use the left hand side buttons, take some superglue and put it in a very thin coating arround each of them. To fix the lack of pertruding buttons, get some razer grip tape and cut out the button shapes. It will stick well (if you’ve cleaned it) and they will feel far better. I am one of the weirdos who has an abnormal grip, uses the right side buttons, and enjoys the tubber because of my overly sweaty hands. Great review and try thuis out of you’d like

One thing he didn't talk about is that higher poll mice increases screen clarity/ reduces motion blur. The higher the monitor refresh rate, the more noticeable. Change ur polling rate to 125 and try moving it around in a 240hz monitor game. You'll see that ur game looks laggy

Razer over looked having those right side side buttons. The designers at Logitech in making the GPW probably came across that grip issue, then had to go back and try to figure out how to address it, to which they did nicely.

1:25 the optical switches do something far better than debounce time, and that is you'll never have to worry about double clicking. unlike my logitech experience.

I have this mouse and have no issues with the side buttons on the other side of the mouse I never click them and I have big hands. When I first got it I had troubles with it than after 2 days I never had the issue again

anyone got a solve on why my rgb won’t work? When I plug it into the adapter my keyboard also flicks for a second but when it’s not plugged the rgb works but when it’s plugged it doesn’t work and the mouse is just all black. But when I play games like ow that has a profile to change it automatically my rgb turns on. And I’ve checked and the rgb is turned on. It’s just really weird idk why it flicks on and off

I contacted razer and they sent me a new one, so I just returned the packaged new mouse to Best Buy and used that money to buy the ultimate

Bruh the side buttons are so pushed in it's hard to get used to but if your hand size is good for it and you get used to the side buttons it's better then the G pro wireless superlight because the zero debounce delay. But if you dont like the shape or dosent fit your hand I have a hard feeling you will hate it if so.

I have the Razer viper and I play fortnite on it I always hit the side buttons but then I just disables them and I feel nothing do not even notice me clicking it and also the razer viper well mine has a problem with the left side mouse buttons that if I press hard enough on mouse 4 it presses mouse 5 no other problems unless you count the left click rattle

I switched to the RVU from G102/203. hands are 20x11. I've found sides of the Viper and wideness of the mouse providing more mouse control with firmer grip. Kinda hated bulging egg shaped sides of the G203.

I've never had an issue personally, I use a fingertip/claw hybrid (mainly fingertip, but my pinky clawed back so it anchors on the rear flare, with a tiny palm contact patch below the knuckle on my pinky)
