You are fantastic , i enjoyed all the video like it was a netflix series
How to make sparking system provide some info
Will you upload an extra runing video of the engine? Would like to see it runing for a longer time.
BackfishDe , I would think it would need some sort of cooling . I would love to see a thermal image of it warming up & running . A cooling jacket built into the head would do the trick.
Me too. 😍😍😍
This series was probably the coolest thing I’ve ever seen on KZhead in a very very long time. You’re an extremely talented machinist and maker. Congrats on making this!!
Q90 is not at this superb level.

Me in 3am: Thats enough for today its time to sleep KZhead Recommendations: Wanna see a small engine?
Same 00:00 rn lol
Me literally at 3am: ....I'm not eating chips and looking at this comment... totally not relatable 😂
Okay I'm going to bed...
me: Yeah, actually i DO want to see a small Engine!
Me: well well well.. lets find out.
I can’t imagine the feeling of relief when it started up, making engines is hard man
Very true but feel a so good to hear them run for the first time ever
similar to that feeling when building a computer, then booting it up for the first time the relief is awesome
feels like losing your virginity
@@johnxina650 lol can’t relate
@@equation1321 clicking together 10 pieces is nothing like building, let alone making, an engine
When he forgot to put the gasket, me: "My God, he's human!" . Amazing work!.
Glad you liked it!
@@MakerB You're kidding, I finished watching all the manufacturing videos at 4am (I started by watching Making a Solenoid Boxer 4 Engine XD). Congratulations, it's really amazing. By the way and it is more than obvious that you have a new subscriber. Waiting for more videos. Greetings from México.
@@MakerB I want you to make mini parts of engine for me, how much will it cost. Chat me on WhatsApp 08137908839.

It is Work !!!
We all have
The precision of a watchmaker, skills of a machinist and the tenacity of a top notch Maker!
And here's where we see genius level assembly. It's beautiful.
Folks, let’s just take a moment to appreciate what this very talented man designed and created. Those who have any experience making even the most simple projects will know what we are seeing. Absolutely amazing.
Assembling was like ASMR and when the engine starts it was like ecstasy. Masterpiece praises the master.
This has to be the coolest thing I’ve ever seen! Kudos
This is possibly one of the best things I’ve ever seen on KZhead. I was stoked for the result!

Let's wait for the wave of millions of people in 5 years when youtube recommends it to everybody.
ye
It's just recommended it to me - perhaps The Algorithm has begun its work! Now I've just got to go back and catch up with all the other episodes...
yep
for the record, I was here
Ok
I will be studying Mechanical Engineering at University, starting from this year and I am extremely inspired by the simplicity and elegancy of your content. Thank you so much.
A lot of painstaking planning, designing and thoughtful execution with perfectly manicured hands has gone into the making of this miniature engine. Good show.
stunning, couldn't stop watching the series, thanks so much for sharing your work
Wow man. Just wow. ❤️ I now have a whole new level of appreciation for my bike and all the effort and engineering that went into making it possible. You are amazing...
It is so wonderful when seeing it works. I used to have a dream of making a 4 stroke engine like yours. But after watching your whole complex process. I just give it up.
being a mechanical engineer...i appreciate your work man ❤️
Beautiful craftsmanship! Thanks for making this and sharing it here!
Finally assembly!!! I've been waited for this for so long!
True masterpiece! When I saw the thumbnail for a second I thought this is a professionally made engine. Now I remember this is the engine build video I was waiting for all this time. Thank you kindly.
Fit and aesthetics are so perfect Really exciting
I can't even describe how amazed I am. Good job man! 👍👍
Amazing. I was wondering the entire time “How’s he going to ignite the fuel?” The magnet, timing disk, everything just blows me away
Oh it's a beautiful miniature Briggs flathead. I'm in love.
That was fascinating to watch! Thank you for sharing this with us!
Sad to see this series end! Wonderful work and can't wait to see what you do next!
Glad you liked it!!
Coolest series I've ever seen on youtube. Great journey, cant wait for the next!
Ever thought about getting the pieces manufactured and selling it as a kit? Would be a fun project for people
Yes, if it would cost like 50 euro. But that's unreal...
@@vitcenek8611 i don’t think it’s unreal maybe you could make limited kits?
@@kilstromkhrono8949 I'd buy one
They do make them, for like RC cars and such, but you can just buy the engine alone if you want.
@@vitcenek8611 300 euro would be more realistic for that amount of work and parts
So good I watched the playlist twice. Superb stuff man.
absolutely lovely build, looks so good. two things I would like to see. tidy up axillaries to match the build quality ( tank and ignition) and a load, fan, friction plate or dyno
Fantastic 😎

I appreciate this marvel of delicacy and all that research, knowledge and calculations behind this small thing.
You, ,sir, are amazing. I watched from episode 1 and I am blown away by your immense talent. I definitely subbed. I can tell that a lot of love went it the making of that fantastic engine!!
Really really nice job. I enjoyed every single video and I'm impressed from your work, how good everything fit and how nice it looks.
I am deeply impressed. This is a great job. I have rarely seen anything so interesting on KZhead.
Beautiful hands, beautiful creations. No really. I have never see any engineering/mechanic with such beautiful hands. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼❤️❤️❤️❤️
The best ever video (including first 5 parts) on youtube. Will be sharing to everyone!!!!
I have always wanted someone to do some thing like this! Make an engine that uses real fuel. And you did it!! So freaking cool!
I really appreciated that you did not edit out that you forgot one step (the gasket) to show us your human and yet you built a perfect working model using a lathe. No casting involved. The spark plug was the only part you might have liked to build, perhaps. Great visual appeal. Thank you Maker B. From a Kiwi bloke.
Or could have gone with a glow pulg. Would have kept the selfmade aspect.
Seriously... amazing bro...I didn't expect this motor sounds as real as a perfect engine...way to reach bro....✌️❤️
Thank you so much for this series, so educational, so cool, and so cute!
This is one of the most beautiful engines, for looks and sound I think I've ever seen!
You need to some revvs with it once it's broken in
Beautifully made 4 stroke engine, well done!
If this will be on Amazon in decent price range with a booklet for parts and steps, I will definitely buy it as the engineering and designs are nicely done and I want the world to actually learn stuffs to make by themselves.
Very neat and clean work buddy. I have never seen such a clean mechanical work.
"I forgot this gasket." Glad you included that, it made me laugh!
what worries me is if he put oil in the bottom end but he had an oil drain looking hole on the bottom of the case so idk
@@johnhoffman9114 He probably doesn't even need the lubricant in the bottom end if I'm being honest. It's a cool nicnac that he can tell his grandkids about, and it's not like he's going to be using it to perform serious work.
Great looking engine. I thoroughly enjoyed the series.
Oh wait... this actually works?!? I tough you are doing a modeo of a 4 stroke engine not a actual working one. This makes the series soo much fun to watch for me now
Great job! The best small engine prototype I have ever seen.
I’ve been waiting for this too! Absolutely incredible! I hope you are proud!
Thank you for your patience!
I haven't watched something without doing anything besides that in a long time. Great series!
Fabulous doesn't seem to describe the detail in this production.
That has to be a great feeling when an engine you made from scratch fires up and runs for the first time. I would so love to do that.
For an addicted that's amazing. I love it, really great video, congrats man!
That was equal parts impressive, interesting and relaxing to watch.
These are great for realistic rc cars, id like to see a oil change in 5000miles.
I smiled in joy when the engine started. :) Thanks for making this video.

It's a nice video to watch even the second time. Very nice small engine. Peaceful video.

Oh my God. After watching this be built, all I have to say is I'm amazed. This build is on a completely differently level, and you are extremely talented for being able to create something like this. I know I will almost never be able to make something like this, but I'm still inspired to make something great after seeing this.

Amazing! Wow so impressive your engineering skills, design, machining, assembly, all filmed, and edited into a fascinating series, many thank yous :)
Thanks for the kind words!
That was really cool! Nice work!
Absolutely brilliant. Wish I had the patience and skills
feels really comfortable
Fabulous, that’s a piece of art I’d pay to see. A true engineer.
Thanks!
Engineers only have to make it one time. The Machinist has to make it a thousand times or more. This is no great feat of engineering. A flat head with electronic ignition sounds like a mistake Ford might have made in the 1960s. Mad Props for effort. Machining, No! Engineering, No!
Best thing I have ever seen youtube. You're a genius man
This is literally the coolest thing I’ve ever seen on KZhead I’m serious
see you all in 5-10 years when youtube recomends this to everyone

Dude, that was so neat. I just binge watched the whole series in one sitting. You've inspired me to create my own (virtual) engine using my own MockMechanics software. If I succeed I'll make a video of it. Again, very inspiring and amazing work!

Amazing videos, I get hypnothized watching. I would love to watch a video of you showing your machinery and its features. Some times I cannot tell what is CNC and what is not, mostly because you definetely can do every piece with your own hands.
Nice build. Must have been really gratifying to finally see it run.
