  • Thank you Dr Pal and Mr Ashok , thoroughly enjoyed both of your talks. You touched almost all aspects and myths of present day, in fact clarified many doubts. One point I want to make is, I have seen people who have eliminated all those stuff which might be causing cancer, but still they developed cancer. So finally, I understood we need to enjoy life by following healthy lifestyle like more vegetables, exercise, and not debate much upon trivial things in life. Kindly make a podcast on why some people develop cancer and how to live with it. As we are seeing boom in cancer patients even after following healthy lifestyle. Thank you once again. • This the most educational podcast I have seen in my life, I was so confused about what to buy,& what not, I threw out all alominum & nonstick potteries,✌️no regrets lol, but yes it's been very confusing about organic, GMOs, & sugar consumption. probiotics, gut friendly bacteria is on the hipe, oats, Kyle we are having debates about, also eggs with, or without yolk, butter or margarine, kito, or vegetarian, sourdough bread or wholemeal bread? I'm honestly replaning my diet, I try to stick to organic produce as much as I can, I don't have much choice as I live a small village, I eat pretty clean now, mostly vegetarian, only weakness I have is chocolates, puddings😢 coffee I have cut down on, most of my food is baked with o, or little olive oil. I would love to follow a low cholesterol, low sugar diet. Thank you so much once again I do love watching your videos as they are reliable, interesting, & educational.✌️🙏

  • The Aluminum conversation is bunkum. Its a 101 of heat transfer that when heating over a flame, Aluminum or copper or steel make zero difference from efficiency standpoint. More importantly Aluminum Oxide is a hard ceramic and can score soft tissue. Else the podcast is 👌🏼👌🏼

  • Cultures where I come from have been eating fermented foods for tens of thousands of years. My own family has a very long history of longevity and good health. My mum is 90 and going strong. My grandparents from both sides crossed 90 before they passed away naturally in good health. Also using the body and living a simple life also contributed
