  • I had met a true Shaolin Master in Beijing in 2012. He noticed me amazed at his restaurant that was nature in doors. I'd never seen anything like it. He took the time to talk with me for an hour or so and give me a tour of the entire restaurant. He discussed philosophy and living a healthy moral life. It was a life changing event. I'd met only a few people in life that saw through me and enlightened me of myself only having passed by them for only a few moments in life.

  • "The Matrix is a system, Neo. That system is our enemy. But when you're inside, you look around, what do you see? Businessmen, teachers, lawyers, carpenters. The very minds of the people we are trying to save. But until we do, these people are stil a part of that system and that makes them our enemy. You have to understand, most of these people are not ready to be unplugged. And many of them are so inured, so hopelessly depentent on the system, that they will fight to protect it." - Morpheus, The Matrix

    • Out of context, consider yourself a student. You need teachers to teach you. You need businessman to teach you business, you need lawyers to teach you law, that is what he is talking about. You cannot walk this life alone, you need people to support and help you, your friends, your family and people you meet in real life. If you want to become a monk, go seek advice from a monk. If you want to become a doctor, don't look for a monk to teach you how to become a doctor. If you want to leave your house, go talk to a therapist. There is no "matrix" because that is a fiction. In the matrix, outside the matrix is the real world, but in our world everything is real, the matrix is the illusion. Stop thinking that some movie that came out of someone's head as a comic story is so deep that it can explain your reality.

  • I walked around in life fearing death every turn I took after surviving the Boston Marathon Bombing. The second bomb was only a few feet away from me and I ended up living with PTSD, GAD and just led my life with fear and panic attacks. I lost my mind, only to have enough and study my pain, get certified in therapy, move from Miami to a cabin in Sweden and heal my mental. I now post on KZhead about self improvement and hope to help at least one person make it just another day because I know I needed it so much in my life 🙏🏽

  • I got that spark from one person I'd never expect to have such a huge impact in my life. A few weeks ago I met a 21-year-old girl from Iraq. We had such fun talks and they covered many topics... As we became got a little closer, she made me realize many things about myself that I really needed to improve upon. Up to that point I had the mindset of a teenager. A few days ago our career paths separated us, but the fire she ignited inside of me is still burning strong. I'm a better man because of it. I can't even tell you how differently I view life now. And it was all because this young woman came into my life for a few weeks and pretty much held a mirror in front of me and made me realize that I was far from the man I was meant to be. But that's changed now. So, as the video suggests, you have to be open and willing to listen in order to become aware of that's really going on around you. And you just might learn something amazing about yourself.

    • yes, that's the biggest danger of youth, thinking that you yourself is being great and on a correct path. The truth is the opposite. The danger is to get identical with ones habits. I would like to point to Anuttarayoga, which is a development of Tibetan Buddhism. It helped me a lot. Its a completely different level.

This is...wrong. this approach is highly flawed and if your goal is to try and get people to follow your way, you'll probably fail doing it like this.

  • im 55 and for almost all that time i wore my heart on my sleeve , always by default looked for and trusted in the best of people ..always there for them and putting in the work i call brotherhood thinking that if ever i truly needed help for a hand the same would be returned ...Ive only just recently realized the error of this and the pain and suffering it has brought .. i blame no one but my self for this as the error is mine (the assumption of thinking if one is there for people the same is returned yes i know naive but not anymore.... i had many people over the years try to warn me (but never really took in what they were trying to say with regard to being there for my inner circle ). my first memory of this was my great grandmother telling me why are you sharing all your sweets with everyone ? my answer was because i want them to feel the joy of these sweets . i was aroung 4 or 5 at this stage but i do remember that probably being the first warning in the error i now have taken 50 plus years to (real eyes) realize my psychologist said to me the other day why have you felt you need to sacrifice your self for others ? this was in the moment a confusing statement as i had never seen it that way obviously he did .... my answer was that its always been about building bonds bridges friendships and ultimately brotherhood was the reason i thought i was doing it and still think that although i no longer look for or beliave in my concept of that anymore as disappointment over the decades takes its toll and as i said i blame my self for my error,, and am in the process of re-birthing my self (consciousness) which at 55 isn't easy but then what is ? anything hard is where my path is and im OK with that but these disappointing events of the inner circle friends and brothers i thought i was working on has had to have an update to say the least to give one example of countless events and not wanting at all to come over as negative Ive no rime for that but to just state one example ... i had what i considered a brother know a long time when we in our teen age years . i remember his 17th birthday and how thankful he was that i was the only one who turned up for his 17th ..we had a great time getting pissed and had a party of 2 people just him and i .... over the years i thought things were of solid brotherhood deep inner circle shit as we continued through time ... when i was in my forties i gave up some of my work time in a restaurant i had worked in for 20 years to help him out after not seeing him for some years and it was great to catch up and swap stories of the younger past only to find out he was white anting me in the restaurant meaning doing and saying all sorts of crap to get the remainder of the time i worked in the shop for himself this was brought to my attention by someone who walked with his dog past the restaurant and i had talked with over the years ..he asked me was i friends with this person to which i replied yes like a brother mate why . to which he then began to tell me what i thought was a great 20 year inner circle brother was saying ..anyway i confronted him and he admitted it ...i didn't know who this person was anymore and i dont think any of us really know anyone ...this was way over the line for me as when your in my inner circle i would fucking die for you ,,, as Ive said an update and process into my errors is ongoing i no longer look for or believe in the concept of friends certainly not brotherhood not due to this one little event obviously but a whole cascade of such that until recently i wasn't even aware of but when you see it eventually see the error on your ways it hits hard but all good i can do that ... im very loyal you see and full on or full off i dont operate in grey area which most of humanity seems to . Ive tried to understand this grey and principle but its just not in me .. i spent 5 years looking for brotherhood in and round 1% motorcycle clubs thinking brotherhood has to at least be there ...nope no real brotherhood there either from my perspective at least so where has this all led me to ??? total self inner reflection seeing the error that has brought me the disappointments and to be honest staying away from people as that in half a century has brought me nothing but disappointment reflection on the fact that most people are out for themselves manipulative and have no honor old school honor ...but heres the kicker if theres one attribute other than being able to with stand pain and constraint it is that i adapt and can become what ever i choose ... i keep the love in me for only family and keep everyone else at arms length is currently where its at and Ive got to be honest it feels my easier .... i went through a f@ck em all stage but out of that now . but im no longer the person i was ..regards the Celt in finishing it never fails to stunt me how many people over the years claimed to be hard fuckers and the like yet when the shit hit the fan they open their mouth to save their own ass just as regular as average Joe ... just an observation cheers

Your going to be dissapointed sometimes but at least your soul is clean. Changing your way will change you for the worse. It will corrupt your heart. Stay with it stay persistant you will prevail. Pray to Almighty God and speak to him and create a relationship with him.

  • Sometimes it feels one has to get through the fog one has created for oneself. A task that kindles the flame that nudges in the right direction. A blind task might make some see better. There are no struggles until we point them out and call them that. Some think living life is a struggle. The moment we see struggle in life one needs to live it like its not a struggle. It isn't a struggle. Its the most beautiful thing this life we keep struggling with. That struggle is a bubble that can easily pop without friction. If one can pop their own bubble one might break out into uncontrollable laughter, song and dance and then the real troubles begin. LOL. Wishing nothing but good for you.

  • I am already on the path of escaping the Matrix... I unlearned many things and took back my freedom and independence of thoughts, but it is rare that I am lucky to meet another person with whom I am able to communicate on my own level of mindset. It is a lonely place... I do succeed to interact in a satisfying manner, usual with all the merchants and supermarket employees, waitresses of my mountain village and the cities I travel to... I connect with all kinds of people, from various nationalities, religion, social levels, it is quite enrichening. I love to leave a path of joyfulness and magic and make people feel better about themselves. It feels like medication and so precious to me each time I connect with someone. It is rare that I don't receive a reply but it happens. Usually it's always the same pattern, old people from my present region who make believe I'm not even there even if I said something kind and smile in their faces. Xenophobia I guess 🙁 it doesn't upset me anymore, but I feel intrigued 🤔😳. Much sisterly love to everyone 💛💙💚🧡💜 This was an amazing message once again, I am so grateful, thank you 🙏💐☮️

  • This hit pretty close to home. And it's not for lack of pursuing, or trying. Deff have had the feeling of great things that came my way that I can say I knew to not try to fully understand until that moment came to me. I've never considered or ever thought I had access to universal information from sitting at my kitchen table when I was ready for my next move I always got out there and mixed it up around other people's. Don't get me wrong things come on there own in there own time and moment. I have definitely had quite a few interactions with other individuals who appeared to have knowledge of things about me or how to trigger me that I have felt that possibly I might have a couple of ideas how. But not really why they purse the same actions towards me. I want to say thank you very much for this post today, everything you've said made me feel far more peaceful about the culmination of current events in my life. The smoky feeling when you can't get the entire detail of an image, vision or conversation you receiving a lot of time I think actually comes from the intent of by who or where the information was harvested like just a glimpse to keep you wondering is intentionally at times. I wish I would have thought years ago to try and video log it record a lot of stuff I've went through to compaired it to how I've come up with the actual truth if the situation. And thank you for your charity.

  • Perfect explanation, me listening to this gave me more clarity towards my own reality and also towards my own style of freestyle martial art what I thank life gifted me to able do which I personally really think needs more development in how I should meant to breathe when I train with a opponent and also as well want to learn more about how I meant to appropriately release my negativity energy from my physical body when learning more with doing kicks and punches.

  • The master I know is Chau Chin and I find myself looking and searching for his time and knowledge to give me a fresh look and awareness of a new path when I'm stuck to just live in his temple of nature , peace, and nothingness to find love .. while I'm grieving... I want to dedicate the rest of my life without my spouse and children who passed to myself and the teachings and mastery of the Greats who still live, To monetary so to speak. To say less and live and learn more. Angela houston texas age 50.. I love this ty
